Hampton By Hilton Toulouse Airport

The breakfast had all the essentials EXCEPT vegetables. The distance from the airport was perfect, and I am very thankful for the transportation possibilities to the airport. The room and bathroom was clean and nice with a harmonius design and interior decoration. We loved that there was a water boiler and tea/coffee in the room.

The breakfast had all the essentials EXCEPT vegetables. I would have loved there to be some ruccola, spinach, kale and some other vegetables, like cucumber, raw onion, tomato, bell peppers. Oat milk for coffe, for ex Oatly ikaffe would also have been nice. I would have appreciated there to be an extra duvet or woolen blanket in the room.

Breakfast .. like everyone says .. AMAZING !! great choices and plenty of it. Excellent staff . .shout out to Baptiste on the front desk who was very very helpfula and informative and happily resolved several queries we had .. (none of which were to do with the facilities !!). This is a great place to stay when wanting to hop off on a plane .. we were catching a 6.25am plane .. and also needed a day's stay to do some work. Perfect ! Very quiet neighborhood .. yes you can hear the planes .. but only if you think about them. YES . .the Wifi is excellent .. Bathroom - large shower and everything you would expect in a bathroom.

We would have preferred to have had a fridge in the room to keep our water cold .. but we didn't mention it .. and it wasn't a major issue. Not sure if it was just our room - it might have been

Nice, seemingly very new hotel located about 10-15 min walk from Toulouse airport. Rooms were very clean. Staff friendly and professional. I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very good. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk from the major Blagnac shopping mall.

Not a dislike, but note that the hotel shuttle to the airport runs from only 07:00-22:00. I had a 06:00 flight so the hotel arranged a taxi for me, as I had a large bike box. If one has just a regular roller type suitcase, it would be an easy walk to the airport. Also note that nothing opens at the Toulouse airport until after 05:00-05:30 and there are long lines. So, take advantage of a coffee at the hotel first (they will make you one).

I stayed twice at this hotel, both arriving in and departing from France. My first arrival was after midnight and the people at reception were extremely courteous and made the checking-in process smooth. Further, while I'm sorry my French is limited, nearly all the staff during both stays either spoke very good English or were very polite and helpful when I stumbled over their beautiful language. Room was spacious, bed comfy, and despite being so close to the airport, incredibly quiet, with terrific "black-out" curtains. Also, I'm slightly handicapped, and the shuttle service drivers were very accommodating.

It may have been there and I missed it, but I didn't see a luggage rack and so had to put my suitcase on what appeared to be a very comfortable lounge chair that I was thus unable to use (awww -- poor, spoiled me.....).

The property was exceptional. it was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also excellent.

It has nothing to do with the property but the taxi service. I had asked the receptionist to please call a taxi for me and to ask for the price that I would be charged. The price quoted was $25-30 euros. When the driver arrived he was not a taxi, but a private service that use their own car. And he charged me $35.00. I told him that I had asked for the set price and he said the hotel was wrong. I didn’t argue I just paid. I think that the communication needs to be a joint effort. Otherwise it makes customers feel some where some one is lying. That is why 9 on the scale not 10.

Staff was very helpful with helping us get to places using airport shuttle and trams.room was comfortable.lobby area was nice, used the tables to play cards.

Airport shuttle was not available to us on a weekend. Breakfast on Sunday was not good. They said the cook didn’t show up. I felt like I was having Saturday breakfast leftovers…very little of anything, burnt sausage,very greasy bacon. Saturday breakfast was very good, although meats could have been hotter.

The room was super comfortable, clean and thoughtfully designed for traveler needs, including usb plugins for mobile devices. Sound insulation is amazing - no extra noise from the airport. Comfortable beds and pillows. The breakfast area works even at night and we were able to have coffee with a hot croissant before the flight. Walkable distance to the car rentals (10 min) and to the airport (15 min). Staff speaks English and they are very helpful.

There was a little issue in how to turn off bedside lights without turning all the light off. But this is minor.

Very comfortable, staff great (friendly and booked me a taxi very quickly). High standard of room / bathroom. Had everything I needed and enjoyed my stay. It was great that they had continental breakfast necessities available at 5am so I could pick up croissants and coffee before catching my flight.

The hotel is a little bit of a walk from the airport itself and there was no shuttle available (about 12 mins walk and probably not safe if you are leaving in the dark. Also not ideal to walk if you have heavy luggage). Had to book a taxi which costs about 15 euro even though it's only a couple mins' drive.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! It had very comfortable beds and nice decor in hotel - I loved the wall art. The breakfast was very good with quite a range of offerings. We also dined at the hotel and it was very good. The shuttle was convenient, although didn't run 24 hours, so one of us had to walk to the airport in the early morning (before 7 a.m.) - this was no problem though - they showed us the way the night before and we walked it to make sure - it was less than 1/2 miles and an easy walk. (Or we could've taken a taxi for the 1/2 mile for 15 euros...) The price couldn't be beat for this nice of a hotel so close to the airport.

24-hour shuttle would've been nice but everything else was terrific!

Modern hotel, with lot of facilities you need when travel..Was excellent the complimentary parking possible to go to room directly, the location for us was perfect because we wanted to visit Airbus factory and Aeroescopia and there places are 6 minutes by car..Toulouse city is 10 minutes by car too. The hotel and all property were very, very clean..and hygiene was perfect ill all spaces. Good breakfast, good towels, comfort in the room. The rooms were very good soundproofed..very quiet and comfortable stay..

Maybe the room space ( Queen family room ) was not too much big for a couple and an teenager child..Once you convert the sofa to bed, the space is limited.. And all rooms have shower ( nice ), but was not possible to get a bath ..and again the space was reduced.. .For Spanish travelers, not tv channels in catalan or spanish languages...And about complimentary facilities, it looks they don´t supervise too much..second day the complimentary bottle of water, and some towels were forgotten by staff. But once requested they were very kind...
