the property has just opened, so everything is state of the art, brand new and streamlined. not only that, but everything is locally sourced and hand curated to make it a truly authentic hotel. the location is breathtakingly beautiful. but my favourite aspect of this stay was the customer service. as you’d imagine with new hotels, there are a few things that still needed working out but the staff were incredibly proactive and welcoming, making our stay really special. my husband even had the best sleep of his life thanks to the incredible pillows !

I gave 10 points but there are few things really need to improve. Is nearly impossible to take shower in the room with the bathtub.The tablet which is replacement for the phone doesn’t work ! in case of emergency that could be a problem. Water in my mini bar wasn’t replaced, for 5* hotel that’s really unacceptable.

Еverything was great. Location, friendly staff, cleanliness.

But for the two of us, they gave us bath accessories for one person, and we were 2. and shampoo, it felt like shower gel, the hair was not even combed, it looked terrible. The coffee machine was dirty. The coffee was almost transparent, we saw a dried capsule left there, probably from previous customers.

Servjces are way overpriced. The spa was understaffed no towels were available and we had to constantly search for someone to give us towels. The breakfast was good but we had rotten watermelon once and on another day the coffee was undrinkable which is a big shame for a place like this where you expect impeccable service.

coffee machine in the room was unusable, no tea cups and no milk! a bit too much - selling the extra facilities. wines were all expensive. front garden was an embarrassment Que Fleur? ou est Le jardiniere

Great location, beautiful building, comfortable room, and most of all the extremely efficient and friendly staff. Also appreciated the welcome freebies (wine, cookies etc)

A full-length mirror in the room would have been nice. Coffee and tea cups were missing despite nespresso machine and kettle.

One of the best hotels we have been at. The service was outstanding, the best we have ever received, they just think of the smallest details and the staff is charming and nice, always there for you. The design of the hotel is clean, elegant, very modern. We will definitely go back there!

Wonderful location with stunning views across the river to the city, all within easy walking distance. Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel and more. They simply cannot do enough for their guests in a friendly manner we left feeling relaxed and pampered.

Location, staff and restaurant simply excllent

There is no shower closet and worse the bathtub also doesn't have a rain shower. So using the handshower results in the entire bathroom gettimg wet when u shower. Very poorly designed bathroom.

We had an amazing stay, the service was fantastic and team really looked after us. Welcome drink upon arrival and brilliant spa facilities. The room was great and room service was quick. We opted for breakfast in the room and it was delicious. The attention to detail was spot on.
