Hotel Roissy

The Hotel Roissy was very nice to stay in Lourdes. We have stayed there before , it is close proximity to the gates to the Church and Grotto. The staff are pleasant, polite, professional, always happy to help. Breakfast was very nice, and good food. All catering staff were pleasant and made breakfast enjoyable in the mornings. The Hotel location is close to shops, restaurants and the cinema which showed great films. The room was great, comfortable beds, clean, nice hot water in the bathroom, good size TV and WiFi was working well. The Reception staff printed our boarding passes and booked an early morning Taxi to Tarbes airport. A very enjoyable and pleasant stay in Hotel Roissy.

One of the best locations to the Sanctuary - absolutely great location. Celine and the front desk staff are awesome, very helpful and welcoming. The room has a small fridge and great that the toilet is separate from the shower room 😁. Again, many thanks to Celine and her team.

Did not eat here as the one time we tried to have dinner, the place was sardine packed with tour groups and one menu for all. There are so many other restaurants to choose from within walking distance. Our room was cleaned every day but you could tell it was on the fly. Not sure why our balcony doors were always left open after cleaning. Because of the location, it is noisy from the garbage pickups, which were done at deep of night. They also have manpower shortage just like the rest of the world, and staff is stretched and stressed with the large volume of customers.

Room made up daily by staff which was appreciated. A powerful shower and nice bathroom; ample towels although not the most comfortable. I didn't eat here so couldn't comment on food other than friends seemed ok with what they got.

There wasn't much coffee and milk provided in the room. You may have to ask. There seemed to be a bit of a crisis in terms of staffing the bar (possibly encountered in other hotels at this time) Service was very slow and patience was required with those who were either training or been 'thrown in at the deep end'. I've no doubt the hotel is working on this though as, in general, the staff are very courteous and helpful.

Location is very good and the staff is nice and friendly.

This is not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are not as clean as they should be. The mattresses are very old and in no way are they of a quality that is expected in 4 stars. Toiletries (e.g. Shampoo, lotion, etc.) Personal care (combs, shaving cream, razor, shower cap, toothpaste and toothbrush totally missing Bathrobes and slippers. Instead of toilet paper there was a tissue box with small tissues in it( i just could’t believe when i saw it) The carpet on the floor looked as if it has not been cleaned for at least 2 years

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel close to the sanctuary and the bus stop (for L5 to train station). The persons at the reception was super helpful and helped us with a late check-in (and the challenges with my booking) even on the Easter eve. There was a small play area for children and a lounge. The room was good with basic amenities and even had a small balcony :) Breakfast was similar each day but with reasonable number of items, it was fresh and tasted good, i liked it. Checkout process was smooth. We were really happy with our stay, would be happy to book again :) Thank you.

Rossy staff were AMAZING. We arrived on Monday but was holiday. The bus driver from Madrid to Tarbes told us wait at the bus stop for the bus to go to LOURDES. There was not public transportation, that day, Uber said ‘cars not available, we did not have a number to call a taxi. After two hours waiting with two kids at the bus stop. We called the hotel I spoke to Linda( who is a receptionist) I explained her everything and she called us a taxi, the driver called us and we set up The pick up. I am very thankful.

Breakfast was good , but I would Prefer More Fresh fruit.

Hotel Roissy has an exceptional location with just a 3 minute walk to the Sanctuary, Grotto and where all the religious activities take place. Very convenient to visit all attractions in Lourdes. It is definitely in the best part of Lourdes. Public Parking is just opposite the hotel and the pay rates are reasonable. Hotel staff are very cordial. Room was of a decent size and always clean. Will surely return to this hotel if we visit Lourdes again.

No mini-fridge in the Comfort Triple Room.

Location was good

The table d’hote menu for dinner was miserable. The soup was a few vegetables ( carrots, peas and assorted greens) boiled up in water. Main course was one slice of pork with a load of potatoes followed by a dessert of chocolate mousse. It was so little I could have offered better for less money. If you cannot offer a reasonable table d’hote menu you shouldn’t bother. After all you have a captive audience with thousands of pilgrims every year, Shame on you.

It’s really near to the Laurdes grotto. The rooms are very clean and tidy with very useful amenities for our stay. The staffs were very helpful & we are really thankful for their help on arranging transport to the airport to catch our flight in the morning.

We didn’t get the complete table set for our family (4 persons) even-though we already asked to the waitress few times and they needed quite some time to resupply the food to the stall.

Provide brochure of hotel services, time of breakfast, Our Lady of Lourdes Schedule, on guest table as a quick glance.. stores near by. Most of the guest are elderly and are not technical savvy to get all of info through internet. Also I had a hard time finding my table with names already reserve for breakfast. There are cards with names and no direction or instructions were to sit.
