Buffet evening meal was awful. Even more annoying was the fact that a large Italian group feasted like kings whilst people having the standard buffet ate like paupers. Dreadful. Half board at €30 pp was not good value Breakfast also poor. No effort put in at all. Who has very dry rice for breakfast? (from the night before?) rock hard sausages, very dry rice and sloppy egg. That was all that was available as a hot breakfast. Restaurant staff non existent, so our plates were just left on the table whilst we ate the next course. Better food and service available elsewhere.

The main thing to highlight are the hotel staff, incredible kind and always happy to help, I had a car broken down and even nothing to do with them they helped me a lot with phone calls as I don’t speak French also had a jump starter ready to help. Looking forward to come back soon.

Unfortunately nothing is perfect, but some restaurants and pubs around the all hotels are too noisy up to 2 or 3 am very surprising as Lourdes city is a religious holiday but many people seemed not understand this way so the behave as the are on the beach. As I mentioned, comum problem around all hotels, just try to get a room not at the front of the hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of everything in Lourdes...just a few hundred meters from the grotto. Near good restaurants and lots of activity.

It is beyond difficult to get to the hotel given the frequent road closures and one-way streets. The city next to the grotto should probably be pedestrian only. It isn't,though, and the hotel needs clearer directions. And then guidance on where to park. The front desk clerk kindly helped us find a place, but it wasn't easy.

The location was even closer than I expected. I looked at on Google Maps, but it's so close to the basilica and Grotto. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms clean. No disappointments. Good internet speed.

Maybe another or a faster or a larger elevator, but what they have was fine. Also, I use the stairs whenever possible anyway. The meals were very healthy, so that was wonderful. The chef's finesse was less than I expected, especially for France. That didn't slow my eating down in the least, but the food on the plane (Air France) was markedly more tasty. There are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Perfect location to visit the Virgin Grout. Nice rooms, very clean with comfty beds. Ubicacion excelente para visitar la gruta de la Virgen. Habitaciones de tamano normal, limpias y con camas comodas.

Hotel dinner buffet not good and extremely expensive, but there are other choices inside the hotel as the cafeteria with pizzas and a snack shop with sandwiches. El buffete del hotel malo y demasiado costoso, sin embargo tiene una cafeteria con pizzas y sandwiches.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by a lovely lady on reception called Valerie, she was very helpful with lots of good information. I asked for some extra coffee sachets to be put in our room and she came looking for us in the restaurant that evening to let us know she had sorted it for us. The meals in the hotel were good and plentiful portions and a really good price, 4 of us had a 2 course meal with a bottle of wine followed by 4 Irish coffees for €131. The bar staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us, all in all at great stay at a great hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

One server in the coffee bar/cafe, nicolas was extremely rude to us, also the back lift that goes to floor 8, too many trying to squeeze in, with no consideration to others, its a very small lift, i feel only 4 people should be in it at any one time,

close to the Grotto, modern rooms and bathroom, smiling HSK, breakfast and reception staff, comfortable bed.

asked reception for some tea bags, but asked me to take from the opposite caffe, where the boy was rude and refused to give and said he would charge, seriously? for 2 tea bags? (he could have explained politely)I got them from the bar where the lady happily helped.

The Hotel location , Sanctuary , shopping , restaurant are almost at the door step. Tea/ Coffee, kettle ,mini fridge , new towels etc are all excellent.The receptionist Cindy is very Brilliant in welcoming , answering questions , giving information about the area , Mass times etc and she is very friendly. This was our 3rd time and we will go back again .

We could communicate with the receptionists in either English or Italian, and they were all helpful. The hotel has a good WiFi connection.

This is the second time this year that we came to this hotel and we were given a room overlooking a side street both times. At about 5 am, every morning, we could hear a truck offering some service.
