Villa Mariale by Popinns

I came to Lourdes 2x a year , and we stayed in Villa Mariale with a large group like it is because of a great location, complete kitchen amenities ,dish free , and electric kettle. Comfortable, clean,soundproof, excellent housekeeping, and friendly staff. Accessible to supermarkets ,shops, restaurants , Pharmacy ,taxi, and near buses stop. On time bus service from and going to Lourdes airport. The reception will help you to get the bus time service or if you need taxi telephone number. Villa Mariale is centrally located not far from the Lourdes Grotto by short walk. Well done Florence, thank you, Villa Mariale, for your great service. I recommended it to anyone wishing to visit Lourdes.

Really nice apartment for a good price! It had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. The staff were really nice and always willing to help! At a 6 min walking distance from the basilica, there is also a bus stop for the airport literally outside of the building

Wifi was off during our whole stay, they said it was a technical issue and were trying to resolve it, they also apologized for it which I do appreciate, but nonetheless it is not so nice to not be able to connect to it.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful even my Spanish and French is on the beginners only. Katia send me a message through booking.com that she reserved a parking space for us in a day. Katia and Florence were very helpful. Florence can speak a bit English too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment Is located at center of Lourdes where all shops, restaurants and atm cash machine can be reached for about 5minutes and if you have children with you,their WiFi is working good after the day of touring around. Kids will enjoy the films, and youtube.

A hotel is perfectly located in city centre with own free parking. You can get amazing croissants for breakfast at extra cost.

We had a 2 bedrooms apartment with 1 bathroom which looks like as the bathroom from the train. All the water was on the floor and toilet. It’s not comfortable when 3 ppl have to take shower.

Breakfast was included but I was charged again which was disappointing? and wasn't so great choice and Varity.

The Rooms were not being cleant during the stay, no toiletries provided during the Stay. The Rooms were big and spacious.

Good stay. Position is good, 10 min of wlak to Sanctuary with many restaurants and shops near. Staff is very kind and available, ready for every request. Good having a little kitchen in the room!!!

Maybe some food and drinks more for breakfast

Apart Room bathroom excetionally clean and spacious with basic needs. The bus stop is very close by. There is an offer of very reasonable fresh baguette and croissant for breakfast in the rooms.

Quite a distance to the sanctuary for me. No hot water for 24 nrs.

First of all is the people that make this place unique. Florence, I think that’s how you say it: she is so lovely and accommodating. This place is like a two stars motel. Cheap and cheerful and very clean. It is rather essential so don’t expect too much.

TV not working

Excellent location. From the airport one can use a bus shuttle or local bus transport which is cheaper.

The room would afford stronger bulb lights. Otherwise, it was a comfortable room with a sun terrance.

Property was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was amazing and accommodating and really polite.

Could do with it being slightly bigger the rooms for larger groups
