Helpful staff and very good level of English spoken. Room was very modern. Large bed good seat and desk space. Lighting very good. Free bottles of water provided and a TV with English channels. Access to coffee M/c downstairs is free all day with some snacks provided as well. Drinks are generally very good. Secure parking under the hotel for our motorbike. The A/C and WiFi worked well.

The bathroom although very trendy/modern is more form over function as you have to step through the shower zone in order to get to the toilet and sink. Privicy may be a concern for some as well as it's only cloaked by slats. The mirror over the sink is positioned to one side so shaving is not straightforward as looking head on. Breakfast scrambled eggs are served cold? And you had to wear plastic gloves to serve yourself. Slats/ bathroom design needs to be dusted better.

I have mixed feelings about it. The hotel looks new and has a very modern design, which is good and bad. The room was very clean and comfortable, and despite facing the main road, it was quiet.

Now the not so good bits. The design is very modern but wrong on many levels. - to get to the toilet you need to go through the shower so make sure you're not wearing socks -the bathroom screen is made out of wooden slats tilted downward. The problem is when you're on the toilet you can see the person un bed, and vice versa. So you better be comfortable with doing your business in front of the other person.

Excellent breakfast ...lots of healthy, fresh options. The club room is brilliant ... We really appreciated being able to grab a little drink and a snack when we had been out sightseeing for hours. The early evening appetisers were a nice touch, too.

Absolutely nothing ... This hotel is spot on .. I have stayed here 3 times and the things which the hotel has changed (such as fewer toiletries) for environmental reasons are appreciated. The move to linen bedding is brilliant (so cool) .. But I can imagine some people might find the creased appearance a bit strange ... I loved everything.

the best part of the stay was the lounge which I think was definitely the best lounge in hotel I have ever been in. it really felt like a living room with lots of coffee, tea, snacks, drink and various types of seats and sofas so you could just chill out. The reception area is tiny but the staff are really helpful have a nice well-maintained luggage room good gym and the breakfast is pretty good as well. The rooms are clean and the the beds comfortable with a small coffee machine if you don't feel like going to the lounge. And location is quite nice and Central close to the station and airport as well if few tramlines. I was there for work so the creature comforts really help to make it feel like I was at home rather than at sterile hotel. Again the staff were great

The only downside to the hotel is the shower toilet unit which is confusing but a great shower and very modern - and a good talking point ( I think the architect was being creative)

The location is perfect for tourists - within a short walk of the castles and all other attractions. Excellent breakfasts with delicious croissants, but also scrambled eggs and bacon for those who like an English style cooked breakfast. Good coffee. We also made use of the 'Club' for drinks and snacks during the day and in the evening.

Our room was a bit small

Location - Excellent location, stumbling distance to the chateau and many, many restaurants and bars and shopping. Parking - Small onsite lot in the basement, reserve in advance! Staff - Amazingly friendly. All of them.

The modern minimalism I think might be taken a step too far. Example, walking through the shower to use the rest of the bathroom. The clear glass (with blinders) to the bathroom. The room is small, but efficient.

Every employee we interacted with was incredibly polite and professional. The hotel was so modern, clean, and well-situated. Our rooms were modern and the amenities were great. The “Le Club” area was an especially nice feature and a great place to start our days.

Odd lighting situation in one of the rooms. It may need to be rewired as switches turned random things on and off. They should update the phones in the room. They were easy to knock off their rest and the charger that came with it was for micro USB which is no longer a common charging port on cell phones.

It is a very stylish hotel with great facilities and great service from the staff. The rooms are small but they have a big generous lounge/ clubhouse for all guests to use with excellent facilities. They also have a small gym and fantastic sauna which I used. The sauna was spotlessly clean and very hot which was perfect. It is also in an excellent location with easy access to all the shops, restaurants and sights like the cathedral and the chateau.

the concept in the room related bathroom walls could be more safer, rounded as they are quite cornered getting dangerous especially when you wake up in the middle of the night

Fabulous location with bustling Nantes shopping and eating locations a stones throw from the entrance. In spite of this, our room was very quiet. We loved the contemporary residents lounge where free coffee and soft drinks were always available as were delicious apertivos in the evening. Very attentive and friendly staff. Good on site secure parking, which, although charged for, was extremely reasonable and certainly far les than staying outside the city and driving in and parking. Very comfortable bed and good wifi coverage throughout.

Perhaps the interior designer responsible could be asked to spend a few days in the room as sometimes the room design and layout was a triumph of style over practicality!!! We wouldn't let this stop us returning one day though!
