Great location - only 10mins from station or beach. We had a balcony which was great as we could see out into the street. There was a lift which was very helpful with our heavy bags. The staff were very friendly and helpful with check-in. The hotel also offered free rental service for beach towels and umbrellas which we used a lot for our beach trips.

Shower/bathroom facilities were a little small. Not a fan of the shower curtain instead of a shower screen but this is normally the norm in Europe.

Location (near tram stop, city center is at short distance and could go walking). You could take from the reception towels or umbrella to go to the beach. Also, it was a nice surprise to see that the bath products are from Galimard

Although previous comments it was about traffic noise, I could say that it wasn't noise even our room it was on the street side. The only recommendation for the owner is to put a shower cabine or a larger space for shower. The bathroom is big and could be possible

Great location, charming hotel room with very high ceilings, comfortable bed, conveniently placed power sockets, lovely balcony and friendly staff. Nice to have a/c and good soundproofing. Very convenient if coming from the airport (tram stop is very close) and an easy walk to train station, beach and Old Nice. I was a little worried about arriving after reception was closed but if you tell them in advance, they'll ensure you have access.

The shower is a quite small and you have to make sure the curtain is exactly in place or everything gets wet.

Brilliantly located just a hundred metres from a tram stop and just a short walk from the beachfront, Old Nice, and the bars and shops of the Rue de la Liberté. The bed was comfortable, there was a small television, and the WiFi was good enough for me to be able work during the days. My room had a small rooftop terrace which was pleasant to sit in. The shower was powerful and there was always hot water.

It would have been nice if the room had a kettle to be able make tea and coffee.

We thought when it said balcony that we would have an outside seat like in some of the pictures, rather than just a juliette balcony (I.e. a very big window). It would have been nice to have coffee making facilities in the room, but we knew that wasn't included when we booked anyway.

Really nice stay, friendly manager and exceptionally clean place. Would highly recommend, fantastic price for the location and really close to restaurants/bars and the old town. Easy and practical to access public transport. Would highly recommend

the stuff was very nice and treated one well, I fell welcome and want to come back. the receptionist was humble and gentle with everything. I cud even keep my luggage the day we checked out until it was time for us to go. <3333

I wanted a extra pillow hahaha and I don’t like that kind of blankets they have , it’s to sticky xD

Perfect location! Close to the beach, right in the center of Nice. Small but clean and cozy room, there is everything you need (towels, soap, hairdryer, safe)

WiFi worked only in the part of room that was closer to the door and signal was not really good in the late evening.

The swimming pool and the bar on roof top. Good convenient central location, 5 minutes taxi you are everywhere. Great breakfast bar…. Staff are very helpful and polite.

Lunch and dinner restaurant food shall improve.

good location, easy to access centre by foot and near good transport links. provided ironing, luggage storage and extra towels when we asked. plenty of local food spots nearby

poor ventilation in the room, but for the price it’s not worth complaining about
