Aparthotel AMMI Nice Massena - ex Ajoupa

The apartment was big. and very clean. The location was excellent. The staf was very helpful.it was a splendid experience over all. If we shall be back in Nice for sure we will stay at Ajoupa Apart hotel

Building seems to be a bit old. But all equipment is renovated and clean. I did not used, but the room is equipped with a small kitchen and refrigerator. At my check-in, I was told that my room was small. Although my room is the smallest one on the floor where I stayed, it is surprisingly large enough for me. Beach, restaurants, supermarket "Monop" open until mid-night, tram Line 2 station "Jean Medecin", all are within a 15-minute walk. Breakfast is excellent, but the room for breakfast is a bit small so that I was checked the time when I would go to have my breakfast.

Nothing. If I say one thing, it might be difficult to find the hotel place without a help of Google map. But for me, it was no problem at all.

Location was amazing, right in the middle of everything with easy access to trams/trains and walking to various sites. Apartment is large for such a central location, great shower and comfortable bed with cleaning service midway through our stay.

A bit of TLC required in the apartment, kitchen area has been used a lot and showing it, no full length mirror to get dressed at, just one mirror in bathroom. Apartment is in a shared block with a few families which did have a bit of noise. Front of building being refurbished and a full scaffolding platform right outside the living room window. Better travel information from/to airport would have been helpful and saved on taxi fare to apartment. Just go outside airport and take T2 tram to Jean Médecin station then 5 min walk to apartment. (Purchase ticket at airport platform)

Do not hesitate to book, incredibly central location just off the main shopping arcades, half a mile walk to the train station but you can easily take the tram, 35 mins from the airport again on the tram. I have been to Nice before but definitely my best trip yet. The hotel is located on a pedestrianised street with tons of bars/restaurants, 5 mins from the seafront, so much choice on your door step. I had some very lazy days here, slept like a baby, so peaceful and beautiful! The South of France 🇫🇷 is stunning - just a very easy base to explore from, I even went to Italy 🇮🇹 one day as well. The staff are AMAZING! I had a medical emergency which they were so helpful in dealing with, but just in terms of general helpfulness, lovely people. Especially to Laura, Slavka, Joha and Valentina.

The Ajoupa Aparthotel is conveniently located in a pedestrian zone of Nice, which means hardly any traffic noise, even with the window open. The location is ideal for shopping, restaurants, transport and the beach - all within walking distance. The apartments are located on the various floors of an old building. These are accessible by a charming old lift that curiously serves the in-between floors only so that you must always walk at least one flight of stairs. The apartment was small but cute. It was clean, with a comfortable bed, a good wi-fi signal, plenty of hot water, and a small kitchen with all the essentials including two different coffee-making machines. A continental breakfast was delivered to my room - a very nice gesture, thank you.

There is virtually no soundproofing. Worst of all was a neighbor's TV. Very annoying.

The hotel is just steps from every imaginable tourist activity. The tram stop for every part of town is just around the corner, and the tram stop to get to and from the airport is just a 3 minute walk away. The room had everything that was promised - kitchenette with microwave and fridge. Staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They even offered to set me up with breakfast the night before for a 4am leave time to the airport. Nothing fancy, so if you want fancy, go somewhere else and pay a load more.

The bathroom is hilariously small, like in all old European buildings. When sitting on the toilet, the door to the bathroom could not be fully closed because my legs were in the way. Washing my face in the little half sink doused the floor. But, I mean, it is a single room, so why do I even care? The water temp and pressure were amazing, so it suited me perfectly. I’m 5’6”, but I felt like a giant. Large-bodied or tall-bodied humans, beware.

Location is amazing, right in the city center, in the heart of City on the main Square and very near to the beach and also the Old Town it's just 5 minutes walk. It's apart hotel that's why they have reception which makes easy the checkin and check out process... they have a luggage storage space

It is for the first time in my life that some property is asking for 10 Euros per hour for early check in. It is very unprofessional as far as hospitality Industries is concerned . Being this much greedy is not good.

Comfortable, nice and spacious, great and outstanding customer service from the time of booking. They contacted us in advance and had the room prepared with a fan we asked for. Coffee in the room and all essentials for cooking a meal or just eating in. Great staff at the reception. Always greeted us with courtesy Good to have breakfast available to save time eating out. Little European balcony where I worked.

Stairs to carry bags to the elevator and off the elevator. Lacked variety of breakfast. Served pork and meats with vegetables so I couldn’t eat. Limited fruits and other breakfast options. No AC during winter when the room was so hot with sun coming through our east facing room. They gave us a fan and we left windows open. They told us we cannot use AC as it has been turned off. It was not that cold so our room would heat up fast. We turned off heat in the room.

The location was fantastic and only a couple of minutes walk to the main square and great restaurants. The room was clean and although it was on a busy street, the room was quiet and the bed was really comfy. Truly ideal for us.

The entrance when you arrive on the first night at midnight was confusing but not a big problem and next time we visit, I will be well prepared. I like the movie The Shining and the bedroom wallpaper made me smile. I don’t have a bad thing to say about the room.

It was very easy to get too with a tram stop from the airport only a short walk (maybe 500m). Then I also got the tram to the train station as well when leaving. The room was spacious and although I didn't use the kitchenette it was a bonus (I only used the fridge).

One of the days I wasn't feeling well and so didn't go out and tourist, and there were renovations going on the apartment next to mine and was very noisy all day. The lift only stopped at every second floor too so I did have to carry my luggage up the first initial 10 steps to get to the lift, and then stop on floor 4 and walk up to floor 5.
