no air condition :-( no phone in room :-( if we open window for cool fresh air then street and road traffic noise and light from street comes in. if we close window then it feels like and oven without air condition

Nice comfortable room, brilliant rooftop pool, friendly helpful staff and excellent wifi. Outstanding location right next to the old town and with easy access to the airport via the tram system.

Check-in did not go well. We dropped our bags off before our room was ready and went out, returning at 15:00. No room. An hour later, we were escorted to our room ... which was occupied. We were given a complementary drink while the staff sorted things out. Clearly things were not going well overall, judging by the number of complaints we overheard. We have stayed in this hotel before and, on the basis of both our prior experience and everything that happened after check-in, the problems on the day we arrived were highly abnormal.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast Beds are so comfortable I am a loyal client to this Hotel and I love it but there should be some improvements We were there on July 13 and we spent a great time on the roof terrasse. It was a lovely night.

The staff isn’t friendly except Alex (porter) who is a great person. The staff doesn’t welcome customers as it should be for a 4* Hotel (at the reception and at the breakfast). I sat on a table for breakfast and one of the staff ran and said to me “it is already booked” so it was really unprofessional. Moreover, one of the rooms (505) we booked was without Air Condition. We changed to another room and it was the same case. Finally and after few hours problem was settled.

The location of the hotel is the best. Right infront of a beautiful park. 5 min walk to restaurants, market, bars and the beach. The reception ladies were very helpful. we upgraded our room to a bigger and park view. Good value for money. Park view corner rooms are amazing! Highly recommended! The roofbar was cool and small pool was good. The roof view was very beautiful. The breakfast was tasty and many options of pastries. The room was clean, silent and airy.

Roof terrace view fantastic of sea and old town of Nice with typically Southern French buildings and church bells tolling! Roof top pool really convenient with towels provided. Very nice to have a pool in the middle of a town environment. Exceptional staff. Room fine with nice en-suite and tea and coffee-making facilities. Fabulous location. Five minute walk to beach and two minutes to old town with great restaurants shops and bars. Hotel was air conditioned and had a grand entrance.

Roof top bar and food prices extortionate. The room was set out in a strange way with toilet separate from bathroom. Toilet had no washbasin and was tiny. Although expensive, it was a valuable experience.

bathroom design is terrible, shower controls confusing, water goes all over the floor. Nice look but impracticable. Reading lights in bedroom are too low so you can't read with them. The window view from our room was a brick wall.. We had 3 knocks on the door during our one day to stay in the room, one person replaces the coffee/tea does not clean cups etc/ one person to replace towels/ one person to clean/ vacuum . All very friendly people but why?? the process needs sorting out. Do the whole lot in one visit.

Location! The hotel is in the heart of old town Nice, shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes away by foot. The staff we lovely and helpful. The air conditioner in our room was not working so they gave us a fan for the first night but upgraded us to a better room the following day. We were surprised when we didn’t even need to remind them, they already had the room ready for us and transferred our luggage for us while we went sightseeing. You can definitely tell its a high-class hotel as the staff are taught proper customer service skills The rooftop bar was amazing! The views of Nice were stunning and the cocktails were delicious

Unfortunately the pool was only open between 10am and 5pm, it would have been nice to have a swim later at night however they closed the pool to make room for the customers at the rooftop bar

Rooftop bar was great but the drinks prices were excessive. Bars in the finicky were less than half the price. Weird window between bathroom and bedroom. Seemed as though it should have had a blind/screen but didn’t. Dint understand why it Wes even there.
