Hotel restaurant Oasis

The Location was excellent, with the train station and town centre / beaches close by 👍 . Breakfast was very good with helpful and effecient staff. We loved the charm of the old building with our very own little balcony. 😊..... we would quite happily return

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room 😞....soundproofing was not good , could quite easily listen to the couple rowing next door and people coming and going...pigeons were a massive problem at breakfast , the ladies were doing their very best at shooing them away , needs a more permanent distraction .

Room was a great size and comfortable and quiet. And staff very friendly and helpful

Not the Hotels fault but google maps are confusing. Stick to the Main Street rather than following google and going down the side street.

We were given a very nice room that had been recently refurbished and had a nice view of the garden/forecourt area. The room also had a good sized bathroom with shower. It also had a flat screen TV, Air Con, fridge, coffee machine and kettle (and supply of coffee and teas) , security safe and a plentiful supply of toiletries, including slippers. They also had a luggage storage area. The location was good for us being in quiet residential area and a short walk from the promenade des Anglaise (and its beaches) and the main train station for trips out of town.

We did not eat breakfast in the restaurant as it was too expensive for us and therefore eat elsewhere.

Location was amazing the staff especially in the restaurant were so nice, they made you feel like friends and gave lots of recommendations. Had some issues with the first room but the reception team dealt with it amazingly and moved us asap when notified. Beautiful little place we will be back!

Unfortunately the first room was not one of the refurbished ones so the bed was broken. You could sleep on it but it was very noisy and uncomfortable. Aside from that it was spotless and we would of stayed in that room had I been able to sleep. Reception moved us with no issues though!

The location of the hotel is great, in that it's walkable from the train station, and is within walking distance of all major sites of interest. The hotel staff is very hospitable and helpful. The quality of breakfast was really good, and while the room was small, it was very clean and well maintained. They have a 24/7 reception, which is helpful, and plenty of parking space (though I didn't need it). My room had an air conditioner too, if the weather became hot.

Having booked a standard room, I wish the room had a few more amenities I've seen in other hotels of comparable grade and pricing, such as a water kettle and some coffee sachets. The shower stall is way too small, and any adult sized person will struggle to avoid knocking the walls while bathing. The room itself is quite small, which makes it hard to open too much luggage at the same time. The bed is also slightly small. While "technically" all of this is mentioned in the booking details, it can get a bit stuffy for most.

Really good value for money. The location was easy to reach either via the tram or the train station. The room was a good size, with working refrigerator and AC unit. The bathroom was a good size. Everything was really clean and housekeeping was coming every day to change towels, clean up, refill bathroom essentials. We were also really happy that we were able to leave our suitcases at the reception on the last day after we checked out since we had a late flight and did not want to carry our stuff around all day. Overall for the amount of money we spent we were really satisfied with the experience.

The hotel in the centre of Nice, 10 min by walk to the train station,15min by walk to the sea and 25min by walk to the Old town, with touch of history (two renown Russians stayed there at their time - most intelligent Russian classic writer Chekhov and the guy, who dreamed to destroy Western civilization Vladimir Lenin). Private parking, comfortable beds, clean room with private terrace. Helpful staff, coffee machine in a room

TV in our room didn't work all 3 days of our stay, even if we reported the problem at the day of arrive. Bad ventilation in a bathroom and room. Walls are to thin - one can hear neighbors walking and talking i their room. Courtyard parking sometimes is overcrowded.

The Hotel Oasis IS an oasis, a small charming spot sunken into a garden off of a street in the old city, which is itself lovely and very near the corniche and its endless beach. Still, such a relief to get back from trudging around in the heat to this loveliness. The A/C was appreciated, and was almost too strong! The staff was really helpful, the room was quite nice and comfortable, the linens perfect.

I realize that clients want/need parking but it would be so much nicer if cars did not take up the entire courtyard. Maybe charge for them and house them in a nearby facility? That would free up space for a proper green courtyard, and might attract more people to the restaurant. (Who wants to eat in a parking lot?) Also...the coffee from the coffee machine for the breakfast is just awful. This is France, we are close to Italy: the quality of the coffee matters!

Very comfortable suite to host a couple and an teenager who has a separate room. Rooms a clean and have enough space, there is small fridge, coffee/kettle. Breakfast was reasonable. Staff is very friendly. Place is 10 min walk to the main destinations in Nice.

Breakfast management: tables were not arranged and well prepared for new comers, meals were available in insufficient quantities so that finished very fast and it took time to wait.
