Hotel Villa Victoria

The staff are super helpful and friendly! The back garden was peaceful and a nice spot in the late morning sun. The breakfast is a buffet and may seen generic, but the quality is quite high and we were very pleasantly surprised! We were able to sleep with the window open over the garden and no noise. (It was February, so not too warm.) The big french windows were a nice touch. They also allowed us to store our luggage and placed it in our room for us! The location is in a great neighborhood, near the tram from the airport, and quite central as you can walk most of the main sites. Overall a great stay!

The bed was a bit sunken in, so this impacted our sleep. But that was it!

Great location - 300m from two tram stops, and in a quiet, safe avenue, though near the centre of town. Garden is lovely - a major plus, though would be difficult for a disabled person to access due to steps. Has a very pleasant 'understated' feel about the place. Aircon worked very well and was very easy to adjust - not always the case nowadays.

Lift is a little small and it would probably be better to have two people looking after breakfast - to clear up and relay outside particularly; arriving latish for breakfast might mean no pre-laid outside tables were available. The room is maybe on the small side at this price-point, but the bed was very comfortable and bathroom newly kitted out with an excellent shower.

Great little hotel so near to walk to everything. Very easy to get the no. 2 tram from the airport and five mins walk to hotel. Very good buffet breakfast although if you don’t want to include this there are places nearby.

Nothing really. Only a small seating area near reception but we don’t really use this facility as we are out all time so it was fine for us.

We stayed 4 nights for a family trip. The family room is very generous in space, enough for 3 ppl. Another great thing is they are animal friendly and does not charge extra. The personnel is very welcoming and super helpful during and even after the stay: we forgot a bag in the hotel and they offered to send back, which is much appreciated! Special thanks to Chiara who coordinated this for us.

I liked my room. I requested a higher room with a garden view and I got that. The room was clean and chic. The room was sunny and cheerful as I wanted. The hotel is in a nice area. Nice building also. Staff was pretty nice and helpful.

No bidet. Shower over tub. Tub hard to step into. Half shower glass. water gets out and on the floor. some kind of birds outside make very loud strange sounds. pillows are flat and hard. The garden space is nice but it isn’t maintained well. It looks run down. it can be brought up to a more pristine level. The garden wasn’t as nice as I expected. The breakfast could be better. All hotels should have two washing machines and two dryers.

Clean, reception 24h, nice rooms. They helped me with the car parked, prepared a breakfast at 5 am (had an early flight) - and we weren t the only ones to do that for.

My room was on the ground floor and because of that it was noisy, including during the night. I do not know of the other rooms. And also, we had to leave the key (was a key, no card) everytime we left the hotel for security reasons.

Fabulously friendly and accomodating staff. Beautiful location on the cusp of Where it's happening while being quet enough not to be in the bussle of it so I can get some sleep. Loved the garden, beautifully kept and I liked the cats.

Slightly bigger room. That's it really, nothing bad to say about the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay! Would reccommend it to friends and family.

The location is excellent. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

We didn't like our first room on the 3rd floor on our first night. It was on the city-street front so it was loud and the room was dark and needed refurbishment. We told reception in the morning and they moved us to a lovely room for our next two nights with out hesitation. That room had been refurbished and was garden facing so much quieter for sleeping. Breakfast was very good.

Lovely villa with amazing garden and wonderful & helpful staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The garden side rooms have beautiful views.

Shower could use a door/curtain beacuse the water was always on the bathroom floor. Breakfast was great but the cumbers & tomatos had been chopped the previous night (?) so they were a no-go for me. Just a minor thing but it would’ve made a big difference. :)
