Boutique Hotel Nice Côte d'azur

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was ideal for car rental, train use and proximity to the main shopping area of Nice. Room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very modern and clean. Overall, it was a great experience. It was our second time staying in the hotel.

No dislikes. All aspects of the stay met our expectations.

The location is great, speacially if you arrive by train. We did everything by foot. It is located in a very small street, so it was slient. The hotel is small and very modern. The room we stayed in (deluxe) is very big and spacious, everything was clean and well decorated and confortable. The bathroom is almost a master piece, enormous, with shower on one side, bathtub on the other, 2 sinks. The bed is small, but confortable.

If you book the deluxe room, be aware that there is a door inside the room, separating it from the room next door. That bothered us a little bit because you could hear your neighbour walking everytime he/she passed by this door plus other noises. Luckly, we had a neighbour that slept around the same tome as we did. The breakfast unfortunately is disapointing for an expensive hotel. Only a few options, just the basic.

- stylish, boutique hotel with delicious breakfast - rooms are cleaned and towels changed everyday - location is very convenient as it's close to the railway station (a quick way of getting to Monaco, Eze, Cannes etc.) - Lidl in the neighborhood

- if you travel with a backpack, don't have room to take a shower gel and plan using the one provided by the hotel, it won't be enough. The amount is okay for max a 2-day-long stay. - strange noises in the middle of the night on the floor above. Like something is rolling on the floor from one side of the room to the other. Happened 2 nights in a row.

We appreciated the warm welcome by Fernanda Jort who made our stay at the Hotel and Nice extra special. We had a difficult transit from airport to hotel; she settled us efficiently into our room. She offered us advice on places to visit whilst in Nice, was happy to converse at afternoon happy hour with us and other guests and organised transfers not only from Hotel Nice but our next accommodation. Laundry required (for a wedding) was also efficiently managed by Fernando giving us updates on its return. All staff were very friendly!

The room is chic and relatively spacious. The bathroom is particularly nice and clean. Sufficient sunlight from outside. Just a few minutes walk from the nearest tram or train station. It is important to stress that Anthony was extremely helpful and nice in every single possible way. Had some really enjoyable conversations. Incredibly knowledgeable about the tourist spots, restaurants and most importantly transportation of various cities surrounding Nice. The restaurant recommended in Saint Paul de Vence was possibly the best of my entire trip!

Room was very spacious. We got cleaning service every day. Staff was also super friendly and would help us if anything needed or any discomfort. Location was perfect! Only four minutes away from the station!

Unfortunately our AC did not work. However, the staff provided us with a fan which was perfect to work with. They also asked us if we wanted to change rooms. Since the other room had a bath instead of shower we’ve opted to stay in the room and use the fan.

Hotel well located. A few meters from Nice Ville train station. It is possible to go to the beach in a 10-minute walk. Attentive staff. Good shopping and dining options close to the hotel.

Despite good facilities and infrastructure, the room located on the ground floor is affected by noise from the street in front and by lighting. Despite having curtains, it does not prevent external light. Breakfast very weak. No options. (does not match the level it proposes to be).

From the welcoming smiles to the well lit beautiful large room that smelled super clean I mean what else can I say?! My husband and I were there for four nights. Audrey, Anthony et Maud recommended us places to eat and visit that were just amazing. The little breakfast was wonderful sitting outside on the terrace, drinking our espressos. They also have happy hour from 5-7 . a beautiful concept boutique hotel.♥️

A very pleasant stay. Rooms and bathrooms large, with all amenities. Very friendly service. We didn't take breakfast, planning to eat something in the city, in the morning we were pleasantly surprised by a croissant and pain au chocolat waiting for us in our bag, on the doorknob. Great surprise.

The only issue was with the heating/air conditioning. There is a panel in the room to turn it on and off, but to change the temperature you have to call the reception. The guest cannot do it themselves, for a longer stay it can be inconvenient. We were in the hotel in February and it seems to us that the bathroom was not heated.

For example, once we left the towels on the sink (so they didn’t have to replace them), but they didn’t even hang them up to dry. We ran out of shower gel, and left the cap off so they’d know to refill it - but they didn’t
