Lagrange Aparthotel Toulouse Saint-Michel

Overall pretty happy with my stay. The room was clean, the AC worked well in the warm weather and the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. The bathroom and bedroom were quite large and there was lots of natural light. My part of the hotel seemed fairly quiet. I can't speak for those staying closer to the fairly busy road on which it is located. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is conveniently located to the metro and generally pretty close to the centre of Toulouse.

The kitchen was pretty small, with not much room for prepping or doing any cooking more complicated than making some pasta or something equally simple. Also, the only bowls they had were really shallow and kind of a pain to use. I know that's a bit of a small complaint, but it gets annoying when trying to have breakfast every day! I would also say that the room could do with a bit of a refresh. For example, some of the tiles in the bathroom were broken, and the skirting was evidently badly scuffed. Is that a big issue? Not really, but it's also not difficult to fix.

we stayed here for the Toulouse football match. it is about a miles walk from the ground. Plenty of shops and pubs nearby. the place itself was clean and tidy. room was lovely and comfortable for x4 people. couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, great value for money. staff all spoke English too which was a great help.

there were a couple of cracks in the bathroom. the bathroom is designed as a wet room and does quite literally flood if you run the shower for any real length of time and can be a little bit dangerous as there are quite literally puddles of water that are not flowing down the drain.

It's a cosy apartment equipped with all the necessary facilities. Room service is available everyday and the receptionists are friendly. They were always there to answer questions, even though they did not really concern the hotel. It was my first time in Toulouse and the Aparthotel is located very close to the metro station. Supermarkets and pharmacy were just a few minutes walk. Above all, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again!

The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The reception was open till late at night in order to check in. The hotel in near to many facilities, stations and restaurants.

We were traveling by car and it was a bit difficult for us to find a parking space, although we arrived at the hotel very late at night at the reception informed us that there was no parking available at the hotel so we would have to park in the city. Nevertheless, we had found a parking space in the neighborhood in a public place. Also, it is worth to mention that even though our reservation was made through booking.com it was not mentioned anywhere that we would have to pay 150 euros in advance plus the cost of our stay. I think we should have known it in advance. Moreover, we paid extra for the breakfast which was very poor and I can surely say that it was not worth the money.

For an apartment hotel, this place exceeded my expectation. Staff was very friendly and despite our last minute booking we got a great room that was already available way before the official check in times. The rooms were spacious and couch, bed, etc. comfortable and clean. Did not require the kitchenette nor made use of the breakfast, so cannot talk about that.

There was no A/C nor fan in the room to cool it down. The bathroom did not have any fan either so humidity and smells stayed inside or would propagate to other rooms.

Quiet, clean, spacious, kitchenette + fridge with plates and cutlery, breakfast was serviceable, air conditioning was great, location was pretty good, bed was comfortable and there were good large windows.

The laundry machines were always, ALWAYS taken. There's only 2 and they are the same ones the staff uses for the room cleaning. I was checking constantly and they were never available. Don't count on them or be prepared to plan your schedule around it for a time.

It's a very safe bet! Well located (very close to metro B, close to bakeries and shops), bed very comfortable, AC available if needed (which is, unfortunately, often needed in summer Toulouse), staff always pleasant and helpful.

The only slightly negative point is the full breakfast. It is expensive (11 euros) and you don't have much. The "take-away" formula is much cheaper and quite substantial. Otherwise, you have a good bakery on the other side of the road, which will do the job for less than 5 euros.

The room was bright and clean. The small kitchen provided the expected services. Good location. Ideal for a family or group of friends. Different types of food can be found in the neighborhood.

Pillows could be improved. The breakfast room is small and crowded: the attendant seemed overwhelmed trying to clean and refill food and, plates and silverware for all the guests. We have to wait to get breakfast and some trays were empty.

Nice room, perfect location for where I wanted to stay.

Check-in deposit is only possible via credit card. Please also accept other means of payment. Since I did not remember my rarely used card PIN at first, I had to call my bank to clear things up. I could have given the receptionist the whole deposit of 150 EUR in cash. but they only accepted credit card. If my bank had not cooperated over the phone, I would have been without a hotel.

The very convenient apparthotel, with all essential things. The room is clean and good size. The staffs are very pleasant, friendly and competent at the same time. The room has a small kitchen with a microwave, fridge, a small table (to eat and to work on). The location is good for me (the closest to my work place), close to the metro station (almost in front of it). They provide dish washing kit which I find nice&essential. Their wifi is efficient and the safest I've seen in hotels in France. Overall I am quite happy with whole, so I keep coming back.

Maybe a bathroom of Studio is not easy to use, as the shower has only shower curtain to divide and the level of floor is the same as the rest of part, so you can't help splashing water although I used to it in Europe. Often I book a studio because I prefer a cheaper price and I don't care bathroom so much, but the room with 4 has the proper bath room, and there is also a proper desk, so you to choose.
