B&B Hotel Düsseldorf-City

The room had an aircon, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and everything you really need. The location was good, very close to the main station - only one stop away - and even though the room was facing the train tracks, it wasn't very loud. They had a tablet at the entrance to check in and nothing else was needed to check out - extremely convenient.

A small fridge would have further improved the experience. I had to talk to the person at the reception because the coke machine was out of order, but she barely spoke German, didn't try to suggest any other language and was generally not very nice. On the machine, the note said "please buy it at the reception instead" and it took me several tries to buy a bottle of coke as the lady kept saying the machine disn't work and then offered no alternative. It would be useful to display what languages the person speaks to help find common ground faster.

location for me was great as near my sons apartment. It’s similar to a travelodge Premier inn in the uk.

no drinks facilities in the rooms and not a great choice out of the vending machines on the ground floor. Bit of a trek to the foyer for a hot drink

Met all basic needs in the centre of the city at a good price.

Parking arrangements unclear at start, but were able to park underneath the hotel in the end at no extra cost.

good price and value. Easy check in and out. Good location.

I don’t find normal in any case that my door is knocked at 8-9 am for housekeeping. Do not forget to hang your do not disturb card.

This hotel is close to the S-Bahn station and also U-Bahn stop. The beds are comfortable and generally well designed.

The room was a bit too warm and we couldn't control the temperature, so we had to open the window and then the noise from the trains was a bit loud.

Room was quiet, check in was quick . hotel is ideally located close to Train station, airport and shopping district.

Rooms are on small, but ok for a 1 night stay

reception were never open for help I.e to book us taxi , didn’t speak good English the gent who checked us in so 16 lads was carnage trying to check in

located a short walking distance to shops and restaurants

room was always dusty and dirty floors , wasn’t vacuumed at all in my stay

İt is very logical to chose this hotel for a short trips.

Although There was no hand washer soap in bathroom, other thinks was well organisated.

Nice and easy to find, clean and bright room, friendly staff and at a great price too,

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room
