Location of the hotel is great - close to the city centre, and close to the train station. Souvenir shop at the entrance is lovely, a bit pricey, but with a great variety of gifts. Receptionists were really nice and helpful.

For the price we payed, 180eur per night - we didn't get much. Receptionist told us at the check in "everything in the mini bar is free", and in the mini bar there were only two beers. Not even water. We chose room cleaning every second day, not every day, and we were not satisfied with that. Not once was our floor vacuumed, let alone cleaned with water. Breakfast was really expensive, 25eur per person daily, so we didn't try it out. For our 10-days-stay, we could get much more elsewhere for 1800 euros, We choose this hotel because we were visiting Florence this spring, and were mesmerized by the same hotel there, but looks like they only share the same name.

too slow elevators, you have to wait 15 min for an elevator which allows only 2 people max got dirty towel first day no water pressure ein shower, it was torture to take shower breakfast was very poor and doesn’t cost 21-24 euros

I loved everything about the stay. The check in was quick and the staff at the desk (anytime I went) were so polite, happy and helpful. The lady at the coffee bar area wasn't quite open when I came downstair but was still accommodating and served me what she could. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. The room was a bit of a shock - in a good way. The decor and room layout was really great. There was a vinyl player with vinyls & a free mini bar stocked with a couple beers, water, a coke and some snacks. It was on the expensive side but it is 100% worth it. They did say the sauna was open but I didn't have an opportunity to visit it. Thank you for the stay & an even bigger thank you to the staff.

It is about a 10/15 min walk to the shops and busy bars etc but that wasn't an issue for us.

- a bed and pillows comfortable - dog friendly (+20€) and a huge park around - good wifi - good French resto (16th floor) - crement&oysters for breakfast wow, a French chef, good tea in teapot (a room with breakfast 161€/without 115€), cappuccino&eggs on the demand at the table - parking in the HolidayInn nearby (reserve +10min not easy to find) - in the hotel: sauna (haven't been) + rooms with a bath outside on the balcony (hello influences) - hotel/room's design is cute, with lego on the walls in our room and a bluetooth speaker lol

- tooo noisy ventilation in the WC, poor soundproofing (lucky not to have any neighbours) - demand (!!) a room with parkview! otherwise noisy railways - no wardrobe, only 5 hangers on the wall - no door with the bathroom, no bath accessoires (cotton pads, buts, etc) - clippers&bathrode on the request at the reception (we didn't know that and no one informed) - no tea/coffee in the room - only free mini bar 2 beers, 2 waters, 2 kinder bars&chips

😌 best hotel in dusseldorf ( we stayed in many and this one is by far the best one) 😌 very close to the U 72/73/74 whatever your heart wants ( two stops to the city center) 😌 FREE MINIBAR like whaaaat?? Crazy we love to see that 😌 amazing staff 😌 very nice sky terrace

Very good breakfast. Big thanks to a manager and staff who work very hard to resupply buffet constantly during breakfast time. Nice view from to the city from the breakfast restaurant. Good comfy bed. Good shower. Warm floor in the bathroom.

Had not place on the hotel parking. Impossible to book parking. During Christmas market weekend price almost 2 times higher than usual. The hotel doesn't provide any toiletries except shampoo and shower gel.

The room as very nice decoration and details. Everything looks really stylish. It's clean, good shower and it has a Bluetooth speaker to play music.

The temperature in the room was not good. It was too hot even tho I set the Aircon on 18 degrees and maximum power. Also the bed sheets where too thick and warm (more for the winter than summer).

very friendly staff and super accommodating. we travelled with a small dog and they provided us with a dog bed, water bowl and some dog biscuits. felt like the staff went the extra mile.

we changed rooms as this was an option due to cigarette smoke in the room. we moved to the side facing the train tracks and the view we originally had of the city was much nicer.

The rooftop and the staff were excellent. Recommendations to the mixologist who made me the perfect cocktails. Rooms were in nice vintage style and clean. Only downpoint for me was the lack of airco/fresh air in the rooms (really felt dry and woke up with a headache..) I really hope the hotel finds a solution (more ventilation) nevertheless 9/10 score!

I must say that in general, my impressions of the hotel were positive. We arrived at the hotel after 6 pm, and we were greeted very warmly. Everything was great. When we entered the room, we were shocked by how beautiful the room was. In general, the room is very unusual and differs from most hotels in Dusseldorf. Everything is stylish, beautiful furniture ,a fantastic glass shower . The room itself looks very fresh and stylish, I do not deny this, but I advise the management to take care of their furniture because it spoils the idea of the hotel very much. In general, I liked the style and comfort of the room, Most likely, I will prefer a hotel where I will be sure of the quality of service, as, in Dusseldorf, I spend most of my time outside the hotel.
