Bergheim 41 Hotel im Alten Hallenbad

The design of the room is perfect - with plenty of counter and wardrobe space and efficient individually managed AC. The wooden floors are a great touch. I have not stayed fro a while in a such a well-designed hotel room. The rooftop is a place where you can get a breath of fresh air after a long day.

There was a bit of a smell coming from the sewage system and the smell of food - I guess it is the matter of ventilation - it was not overwhelming but still detectable after entering the room every day.

The hotel it's in a very quite area and not far from the old part of the city. It's pretty easy to arrive from the Station walking or with the bus. My room was nice, comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I had a very good holiday in this hotel and i recommend it! Don't forget to go to the roof where there are tables where to drink something admiring sunset and the view of Heidelberg.

I didn't have any problem with the check-in but the desk office closes at 18, so if you arrive there you need to write an email and they will give you a code.

The place is beautifully run with super helpful staff, incredibly thoughtfully appointed, super comfortable and quiet. Excellent coffee and tea in the room and mineral water a plus. I highly recommend staying here!

The room doors are very heavy and when they swing shut you hear nearby rooms so this can wake you up. The cafè downstairs is comfortable and inviting. But when we went around 10am there were many things that had run out (small pastry, fruit salad, cheeses) and were not replaced/no longer available. For the price it was underwhelming.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, had comfortable beds, and had air conditioning. Convenient location with bus line 34 running between main train station (Hauptbahnhof) to Altes Hallenbad stop (which is right out front of hotel) to Alte Brucke Nord. Also, it was just a short walk from hotel to Bismarckplatz where many buses ran regularly to the castle and other sights.

Very nice, modern hotel in a good location. 5 minutes walk to downtown Heidelberg. The room I stayed in was very nice, large, clean, and well set up. The TV offers a convenient connection for the laptop or streaming box.

It's great that the hotel offers a parking garage, but finding it is a little difficult since it's on the backside of the hotel. There's also no direct connection from the hotel to the parking garage.

Super clean, and comfortable room. Didn't eat breakfast but they have a nice café downstairs where you can grab some food.

The reception was not open from 6 PM, so we had to access with a code. On booking i had seen the hotel had parking but it didn't - they have an arrangement with a parking and it was difficult for the person on the phone to give directions.

Everything. A spacious, comfortable, beautifully designed room in a very nice building. This is one of the nicest hotels that I've ever stayed in, at a reasonable price. The feng shui was perfect. I just loved it and I would be happy to return.

LOCATION . it is right at the rnv stop which means you have bus and trains going towards the old town as well as the other zones near Heidelberg.

Well maintained rooms . Large Windown so great light and view of the neighbourhood. large size rooms is always great and here the toilets we big too.

spacious and comfortable room. Bathroom with a bath and lovely bath products. Close to the city centre and plenty of choice of restaurants and cafes.

The restaurant/cafe is only open during the day time.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel is walking distance from the city center with a tram station just in front of the door.
