The room was nice, staff was kind. The air-conditioning in the room actually worked really well.

The parking was inconvenient. It was 2 levels down and you had to drag your suitcases up narrow stairs as there was no elevator. And when going to your car the door and gate was often locked, having to drag your suitcases back to the hotel to ask for the key etc. Annoying. There were a bunch of people smoking and drinking on the little terrace which was fine but made the whole hallway and stairway smell like cigarettes. It didn't get into the rooms but I would rather not get to my room through a cigarette cloud.

Location. Nicely decorated. Breakfast was satisfactory. They said certain tables were reserved when we went for breakfast which was not true they just didnt want to set the table again. In general it was good.

Seperate buildings , mine was in the villa building about 100m s away from the main hotel and restaurant on the same street with a balcony in the ground floor. Difficult to open the door for fresh air as insects , flies , bees were all around. Very natural though.No kettle or coffee in the rooms only in the entrance floor general use.

Nice eco-friendly, clean hotel with comfortable bed and helpful staff. A lovely small terrace on the 3rd floor and a fabulous roof top terrace to enjoy some local views. Room was very clean. Non feather pillows were requested and provided promptly. Location is away from the old town but in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a tram/bus outside the door to take you to the old town/castle/train station. Outdoor municipal pool at the end of the street is WELL worth the visit - 6 euro entry for the day, lovely pool in a nice well-kept grassy facility. Within reach of some nice local restaurants

Classifying itself as a "boutique" hotel means small lobby area with minimal staff, so if you happen to arrive or need attention when there are others at the desk be prepared for a wait. We had not chosen breakfast there but when offered on check-in it was at a cost of 19euro per person! Very steep for breakfast we thought! We declined and went to the bakery across the street.

The rooms were large. We rented an apartment and a hotel room. The apartment had a small kitchen (no oven.) Comfy beds are provided. The rooms were clean. The staff was friendly, very helpful and responded to all our requests. They spoke English and German well. The location is just on the edge of the old town so everything is very close to walk or you can take a bus to town. The town was lovely and there was plenty to look at. It would have been nice to walk the river if it was Summer time, but it was quite cold. I would stay there again.

Several things didn't work in the beginning. For example, the microwave was not plugged in. It did seem like not many people use the kitchen. The TV had problems on and off and the internet at first did not work. However they fixed all of these things in short order. They had a sofa bed in the living room but wanted us to pay per night for bedding. There were 4 of us and we had initially planned for the couple to stay in the hotel and the two singles to stay one on the sofa and one on the double. Instead they rebooked the hotel room for 2 separate beds.

The hotel was very clean. The price was fair - we did not know it included breakfast but were very happy with the buffet selection. We were closer to the train station for arrival and departure. We were a 20-30min flat walk to town.

We stayed on a Friday night and were given a roadside room. This was rather noisy even with the windows closed and therefore also very warm. We did however discover earplugs in the bathroom 😊

The room service food was surprisingly delicious. Perfectly pleasant hotel, nothing super special or fancy, just a nice hotel. We used it as a stop on a roadtrip and it was good for our needs.

It definitely felt like a hotel for conferences, decor was a a bit odd. Certainly nothing significantly wrong with it, just a normal, clean hotel.

restaurant food below par especially for the prices had the snitzel way too salty soup was good service a bit hit and miss waiters seemed to be focused on a large table of business people probably regulars ! considering the prices paid to stay here we feel that breakfast should be included no Netflix

Short walk from the train station and very close to the Neckarwiese where I could do walks or picnic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Free water and coffee at the lobby saved my life.

The bed wasn’t comfortable. The room was on the first floor, close to the ground and I kept the curtains closed - which made the room depressing for me. If there were sheer curtains instead of heavy curtains, I could have used that.

Great breakfast, professional and friendly staff but the best part of the hotel is the excellent restaurant. The menu is not large, but each meal is thoughtfully elaborated. This is not only my opinion, but also from other participants of the conference that took place in the hotel.

Room service available only until 10 PM. The equipment of the room is not at the level of 4 stars. Room cleaning only with notice 24 hours in advance.
