Hostel was comfortable and clean, breakfast was also pretty good and the staff quite friendly too :)

At reservation I sent message to accommodation that we are arriving with a disabled person and that we would need at least one room to be accessible by wheelchair meaning no stairs on the way. However, upon arrival, no one really knew anything about that even though I got at least 4 different automatic messages and replies. In the beginning, we were quite troubled about that since the idea of the trip was to get our friend to the hostel that was marked as accessible (marked with the filter). Unfortunately, some things in the hostel are made so that accessibility is solved on paper but in truth person with a disability has a lot of trouble even maneuvering around. Luckily in the end, everything was alright and we still had an amazing time.

The room was nice and had a balcony, a big mirror, table and chairs, small lamp by the bed and a bathtub. Nice facilities. The mattress was very hard, yet okay. Bed linned and towels were white and very clean. It was quiet throughout the night. My dog was welcome.

The bathroom was dirty with someones shaving hairs on the sink, shelf, bathtub and floor. Toilet was running (I turned the water off during night). There was only one receptionist at the hotel. He was very friendly but running too fast. I would like the hotel to care more about their employees and working conditions. Hire more staff please.

the staff are always great. Speak English for us idiots. the receptionist without being asked helped with our bags as my husband has breathing problems and even the steps up to the elevator are hard for him. It’s always very clean.

The room had only two bath towels and no bath mat. I had to go down and request a hand towel and glasses. it would be nice to have even paper cups.

Location was great- 5 minutes to train station, restaurants all around, 20 minutes walking to historic Munich. They also have storage area for your bags if too early to check in

The fact that the room rate doubled for one of the night because the hostel was full for my third night.

Staff excellent. Good amenities at reception and breakfast was good value for money. But, the eggs did not taste good at all; they were v dried out having sat in the heater.

Our toilet flush broke on the last night. But, we managed with a bucket - we didn't think it was worth bothering the staff with, even though they said it would not have been an issue if we had.

Great location, 5 min walk to the main train station. Really straightforward and uncomplicated booking, checking-in/out process. All necessary amenities for a comfy overnight stay between transit. Generous room size with own balcony and bathroom. Fair price for what you get (payed 38€ for 1 single room).

There is an elevator, the room is clean, quiet, wifi is working, location is what it says - very close to the train station and the old town, but the street itself is not too busy. The trams make little noise at night, so for extremely bad sleepers it might be an issue, otherwise all was OK.

Centrally located to everywhere we wanted to go and surrounded by excellent restaurants, the staff was super helpful, it was a wonderful stay!

Beds weren't especially comfortable, but they were hostel standard

I went for Oktoberfest so the location couldn't be better. I got one single bed private room which was within expectation.

Good location, Muchen city is within your easy walk. My kids loved the popcorn machine at the reception

Beds were old, bunk bed seemed not safe. Parking was very expensive (17 eur/night)
