The spacious room; breakfast variety and taste; hospitality from all crues; the location and the ambience

The rooms do not have a soundproof wall...the traffic loud decrease our comfort...though, all was going so well

The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated. Many different choices of places to eat in the hotel with really good quality food. Everything is very very very clean; the rooms, pool, restaurants, garden, lobby, everything.

There was really nothing to dislike. Even when I really would search for the smallest detail. I would not find anything wrong.

Beautiful classic hotel; Good sized rooms; Nice pool area and bar; Very friendly staff; Strict with COVID protocols to maintain the safety of the guests.

There were many choices at breakfast, however it did not have the typical Western/ Continental breakfast (e.g. fry-ups, bacon, toast, etc.) if you're looking for that - there are lots of Asian choices though!; The swimming pool closes very early in the day at 5pm (note that the pool bar and area still open until late); Window between bathroom and main area of the room (with curtain) means the light from the bathroom lights up the main room if you go to bathroom at night.

The room was comfortable, facilitated with pool, gym, spa. It was very clean. The toilet is nice. Well I can say the room was great. I had a chance to enjoy the spa as well, which was so great

The pool is pretty far from the room, yet we are not allowed to bring the towel out of the room. Though we will get another towel on the pool, which was also not allowed to be brought to the room, but I prefer to take a bath in my own room, so I'd love to cover myself with towel while I'm on my way back to my room. Well at least you shud've allowed us to bring the bath robe.

Even though the hotel is relatively old, it’s really well taken care - the quality was on par with 5 stars hotel in Jakarta / Bali. The service was excellent and all the staffs were responsive, helpful & have good attitude towards customer. It’s really a state-of-the-art classic hotel. Breakfast options were excellent too, customers get to choose our time slot so they can manage the crowd. Would definitely recommend Papandayan Hotel for those seeking good value for money (I pay relatively affordable price to get 5-stars quality hotel).

There was no sheltered access or lift from the parking lot to the main building - we have to walk to the main lobby and take the stairs. When you have to carry luggages from the parking lot, you might have to put a little effort to carry it upstairs.

I love the room ambience, how neat and clean looking it was. There was a bath tub that has a window facing the bedroom and the TV, with a curtain as well of course and wide shower as well. You also got complementary snacks inside the room, sofa with foot rest and table for work. My stay was on the 5th floor so they alsp provided the lounge and diner in there as well. The room style were also modern and fancy looking. So my wife and I loved it. Oh the fact they prepared a long pillow (bantal guling) made it perfect

Excellent and very friendly staff. Superb breakfast. Good location, close to culinary destinations and factory outlets. There were some special "treats" available for guests, like andong ride and fundays for kids. We got room upgrade and free music concert tickets (which sadly we had to pass because our time was too tight). Big bed, comfy enough for a family with 1 kid age 6 or below.

There's no direct access to the parking lot through the lift. We have to use stairs to get to the lobby or the room from the parking lot, and vice versa. There's no hair dryer in our room.

I love how cozy and friendly the room services always are. One time, I forgot to take my room card with me and there always a room service nearby where I can ask for help & they get it for me in a few mins. The Wi-Fi works better than other 5-stars hotels. Splendid work!

The breakfast is good but since it's not a buffet anymore, I kinda disappointed. But this only applied to some people, since I prefer get my own portion of foods and spices. Anyway, this hotel still one of the best hotels. And I'm quite picky just FYI :)
