Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin

Love the location activity near Sarinah is the best thing and buffet spread. I choose the hotel because its a bit far from Grand Indonesia which is so busy but still close to the mall and bus station. Easy to get bajai and Grab.

The hotel window are not noise seal so at night loud noise from the traffic. Cant do anything about the traffic but the hotel can try to install better window seal to reduce the noise. The room facing the river is not nice so i recommend to put up some shield. The residential view is ok no problem.

the location is very good, right on the heart of the city, really close with Bundaran HI MRT station. the room are enough spacious, clean, soundproof, good ceilings of the room and my room have very good view. bathroom amenities are also well equipped. breakfast buffet is also great and tasty, fruits are fresh and all the staff are so thoughtful to help our this and that.

Near to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Clean and big rooms at a very decent rate. Highly absorbent towels.

Oldish lobby and lifts which are shared with the bank. Can be quite noisy from the traffic at night especially with the convoy sirens. Hotel is considerate about it and provides ear plugs.

Staffs hospitality, breakfast, check in-out experience, strategic location.

Parking area - It will test our skill to get to the parking lot at the 3rd, 4th level thru a swirly & very very narrow ascending path. Nearby construction noises (MRT & Sarinah building development) - We can hear construction workers, machines, trucks noise even at night (even it's not an overnight it's quite disturbing for those who are about to get some rest). Old structure based hotel, obsolete lobby.

The property is strategically located just across Sarinah and in a walking distance from bundaran HI. Check in process was quick and the staff were welcoming. Shower and all amenities worked fine.

The soundproofing is not the best. I could hear noises from the road, neighbouring rooms, etc. I also got a room with a pillar placed awkwardly in the middle, making the room feels cluttered.

The waitress and the waiter dont understand what we say.we request for sunny side up but they give us omellette.

Great choice of food for the breakfast. The maintance was fast when I encounteted a facilty problem. Good location and great price for the value.

We were greeted and served with courteous and friendly staffs. From the coffeehouse, front office and housekeeping, all staffs were extremely helpful. Convenient location. Close to mrt station and nearby big malls.

I love the way cleaning staff are politely knocked and asked for permission to clean up the room I stayed in. And the room facilities are totally okay.

I find it difficult to call the receptionist to ask for additional toiletries and it took a long time to deliver my request right away to my room.

the sound proofing is not good, nighttime roadside vehicles annoying and can hear neighbors room talking. chair leather is tear off .
