As expected for 3star hotel, facilities are limited The gym was good but the self laundry was under maintenance at the time of stay Could do better to maintain and repair promptly. Also please update the system to be able to charge 1st night advance payment as guarantee for all 3 rooms. Mine was charged only 1 out of 3 rooms. I was sent a link for payment for the other 2 rooms. It was worrying and inconvenient to have to confirm if the link was authentic before clicking the payment link. I had to call the Jakarta hotel from Malaysia and call my bank to confirm first on day of travel. Lucky i was travelling on an afternoon flight. Bank confirm that there was nothing wrong for my credit card. (Also used my card in Jakarta) Please check system.

Location was great. Close to shopping mall and easy access. Laundry was very useful and reasonably priced. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff were excellent especially Rohani.

Bed was slightly uncomfortable but bearable. Although first 3 days before sheets changed it was better. After sheets changed I think a topper was removed. Prefer English breakfast tea rather than Jasmine. Popped over the road for a box of tea bags. View when opening the window was a concrete wall.

The room exceeded our expectation. It was so clean and the bed was so comfy.

Too bad the hot water was not that hot (warm enough though). Well, since we stayed during PPKM so the breakfast was delivered to our room. Not much we can do about so, but we do prefer buffet. And the room was not soundproofed enough (we could hear the sound from room next door).

Clean and have good facilities.

Love the location, 10-15min walk to Mona monument, and also plaza and grand indonesia mall. Comfortable room with a good pillow selection. Food was good as well. Not a big selection, but something for everyone. Staff was super friendly and helpful, If I return I would definitely stay here again.

Gym needs to be properly maintained. It is a very limited gym with very few options.

Room clean with bed very comfortable. Staffs very friendly and location near from everywhere. Breakfast not so spread but delicious. Great value for money.. I will definitely stay there again.

There was a false fire alarm at midnight during my stay and guests had to wait outside more or less 1 hour until all got clear. Would have been better if hotel had managed to give the guests a full explaination about the incident next day.

I liked the courteous and supportive front desk as well as other hotel staff. Very helpful to our needs and serving with a smile as well as catering to any special needs regarding food or just anything. I would like to give my special thanks and mention the staff @Viola; @Reflika; @Cheppy; @Indah for their attention and kind support to make our stay a memorable one. Appreciations and best wishes !!

Excellent customer service. The rooms were immaculate and well maintained. Amazing location.

Unfortunately, the laundry room was out of use during my stay, but didn't cause much of an issue for my stay.

The location was awesome, staff was really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of both Indonesian and European food. The room was very spacious and modern.

Unfortunately, for me as a nonsmoker, there was a very unpleasant cigarette smell all over the halls but overall, a great hotel, which was worth the money.

lokasi dan breakfast. i even had my business trip back in few years ago i recall all the bfast menu was amazing .

we were only stay fot 1 night. check out day we’re asking to have a bottle mineral water but turns out they collect the money. well i dont brag about the money it was small money but sometimes small gesture bring a big impact for guest imprresion.
