The Kana Kuta Hotel

when we arrived , there was some problem about the payment from booking. com. We will not give you the passport back , we thought it was payed . This was at the front desk. Of course we would pay if it was not right, but this was not good. We have had a good stay,

good value for money, helpful staff, nice simple rooms which are comfortable and close to the international airport. The communal areas, include a large swimming pool which is kept very clean, small gym area beside the pool, plenty of sofas, sun loungers and table & chairs to choose from which are all kept clean and tidy. t The cafe/restaurant provides daily buffet breakfast for 75IDR pp per day and lunch menu options finishing at 5.30pm.

Very loud music in the communal areas, including the swimming pool area from morning until evening which was disturbing when trying to relax on sun lounger The hotel does not provide dinner which is a little inconvenient when you don’t want to go out every night.

We were for the third time at "The Kana"! 2x with child and this time as a couple! It is a good walk from Pantai Kuta. But we love this lovingly run hotel! From the owner to the smallest employee, you feel like you're one big family! Many thanks also to the manager "Mr. Sukayasa"! Who always strives for the well-being of the guests and does a great job together with the other employees in the restaurant! And don't forget the 1A breakfast buffet!! We've been to many hotels around the world! But it's hard to beat the breakfast here in this category!!! Thanks again to the whole team!!! I hope to see you all again soon! Stay healthy and all the best for the future!!!!

The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, breakfast was good and it was excellent value for money.

I liked everything about this Hotel. This is located close to the airport and at a very convenient location. Great hospitality by the hotel staff. Nice breakfast. Super clean. I will surely recommend this place to anyone who would like to visit Bali :)

I would recommend international visitors just to be cautious about the local fruit called Durian. There is a 2 million IDR fine as per the hotel rules to be imposed on those who bring the fruit inside the hotel as it has got a very strong smell. This is just for information for the international visitors who do not know about Durian fruit.

this hotel was amazing! such amazing staff, putu the night security guard, he was just amazing, so sweet & kind. also the man who works in the dining room Aldi, such a sweet boy and so attentive. this place was very clean, 7 min motorbike to the center and the beach. very comfortable hotel. Not too busy unlike other hotels but in a good way. the have a pool which was nice, not always super busy, which we liked. customer service was truly amazing, the staff are just AMAZING and so kind. you will never find more amazing people than the Balinese. when me and my partner come back definitely will stay here again. cannot recommend this place enough!

Friendly staff, nice breakfast!

Very friendly staff, we had a bit of a chat:). They also helped my mother who was panicking because she lost her phone. The location is very good, close to the Mall and not that close to Kuta (so it's not so noisy and you won't have to deal with many hawkers hassling you), but you can still walk to Kuta Beach in 12-15 mins. I really liked the pool, very comfy and not too cold. There's also a cute male cat who is very hungry, I wish I could have fed him^^. If the staff reads this, please feed him well:)! And hello to Karina and Della, it was nice to meet you:).

The mirror in the bathroom seems to have some cat/paint on it, could use some cleaning. Otherwise, I can't think of anything negative.

Although this hotel is located in the city, it was hidden away which made it feel relaxing and peaceful away from the noise of traffic. Rooms were clean and spacious. A lovely swimming pool area which was very relaxing. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our favourite part of the hotel was the included buffet breakfast, so much variety and some of the best pancakes I have had!

The location though it’s bit away from the Kuta beach but it’s walking distance and good to explore by foot. There is shop very next to the hotel and many atm’s close by. There is a small shop on the way to beach where he makes amazing bread sandwich. At the junction, near Don Juan restaurant one can either go straight to beach or take right to enjoy nightlife in legian. There is Burger King and a small shop serving shredded chicken with rice wrapped in banana leaf ( excellent) food in Legian. you may also enjoy the mall visit.
