Convenient stay near beach for beginner surfers. Clean hotel. Price is ok (outside of tourist area is cheaper with larger rooms and break-feast in Bali but we wanted convenience to the beach so that was the compromise)

Not good location for taxi. Ordered a taxi via the hotel en route to airport, taxi driver arrived late, so we started to get nervous. I had to remind the desk as they weren’t active. When arrived, we were made to walk quite some distance to his car, but then he suddenly stopped over another taxi to the airport. So we lost about 45 minutes before getting into a second car. The second taxi was also very difficult as he was asking for more money than we agreed with the hotel (100k) but; the second taxi driver took advantage as we were desperate for the airport. So we paid more before rushing through airport security to get to our plane. Very difficult journey for what should be 15 minute journey with no traffic, but took more than 1 hour.

The location is wonderful, clean, friendly staff, we asked for beach towels we got them, we asked for a hair dryer we got it, we asked for a bottle opener we got it. The pool is very well maintained and clean, and the lobby from the reception and the building itself has an exotic air that makes you feel very comfortable. It is relatively close to the beach and next to a main street where you can find everything you need as a tourist. I would return to this hotel again.

The room and the bathroom are a bit small. The breakfast is a bit weak but decent, but you can eat a much richer breakfast at a similar price at the restaurants in the area. During the night, when it's quiet and a scooter passes by or a dog barks, you can hear a little noise in the room, but not excessively, we rested well.

Hotel on a quiet alley, is just tens of meters from the main road- pleasant place, clean room.

The sliding glass panels in my bathroom cubicle were in bad shape. The breakfast was a letdown. Feedback given to the friendly manager.

Well located and well run hotel close to the action - but not too close! Reception staff were always available and ready to help with all questions. Looked like most of the guests were being placed in the groundfloor rooms for convenience - though the rooms on the two higher floors would have been my preference with more privacy and a better view! Overall very good value for money, quiet with very professional and helpful staff. Impressive colonial styling and good level of comfort and space in common areas.

The windows are very small and on the ground floor don't provide much privacy. I was a little disappointed based on the pictures of the higher floor rooms.

Location was perfect for a solo traveller-slightly out of the hectic town centre but a nice 15 minute walk to the beach. Lovely pool, clean rooms and comfy beds. The lady at reception was wonderful! I felt very safe here.

Only one minor thing- the window for the rooms looks directly onto the pool/shared patio area so I didn’t feel comfortable having my curtain open with people walking past, meaning no daylight in the room.

Warm and welcome greeting from staff. Clean room with everything needed - including small fridge. The staff were very willing to help us - we had a late departure and they offered to keep our luggage safe. They also arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Close to good restaurants and many shops. Will definitely recommend.

Shower did not have warm water.

Location excellent, room was very comfortable pool was great, all Staff were excellent and very helpful also very friendly all made stay very enjoyable. Ranti the manager was very helpful and went above and beyond to help you enjoy your stay.

This property is very convenient for a quick access to the airport. I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff at the reception desk promptly helped me for the check in.

My room did have direct view of the pool ground floor. Didn’t really matter though as I was there for a very short stay.

Right in the middle of Kuta entertainment area... Also airport is closer. Staff are good and checking / out was super smooth. Room rent will surely bring a nice grin in your face 😊

Located in a aarrow lane taxi could not enter, but it doesn't matter much as it's is hardly 25m away from the road (legian street)
