Cara Cara Inn

I loved the concept of the property, the rooms are small but they have designed it with great planning as you will get enough storage space inside the room. It's a good room for a solo traveller or max 2 travellers with small bags or suit case. The lady at the front desk was very helpful

They gave me a dirty room and then upgraded to a room with two beds as they didn't have rooms available. Honestly I was looking for a room with a single bed with the cozy bean bag and not a room with 2 beds because I was a solo traveller. The restaurant and IRD was unavailable. I was looking for an offer where breakfast was a part of the package but they didn't have that which was sad.

The room is very comfy and clean. Every day, they change our sheets and towels, they also replenish our mineral water supply. The location is somewhat good and convenient in a sense that it's walking distance to Kuta Beach, Kuta Square where various restaurants, fast food chains, convenience stores, and souvenir shops are located. I particularly loved how quiet it was in the hotel during our stay despite the number of visitors that they had there. The chill vibe of the property is something that I truly enjoyed.

The downside of the property's location is that the roads/streets surrounding the area follows one way traffic. So, you really have no choice if there's traffic jam but to go with the flow and wait -- which in our experience and due to the holiday season, left us stuck on the road for an hour or so before reaching the hotel when in fact it could have been a 5 to 10-minute drive. Their kitchen is still under maintenance when we visited so they outsource the free breakfast given to their guests. The breakfast serving can still be improved but again what they have provided is understandable due to their kitchen's situation.

Amazing location, close to everything. The rooms are rather small, but didn't mind as we spend little time in there anyways. Common areas are great as well, both the pool and seating areas were super nice for hanging out and working. Wifi was great!

The pool was clean, but had a very high, and noticeable, chlorine level. Not all the plugins in the room worked. Also pretty sure that the cleaning staff stole my sandals - I took them off after getting back to the room, changed into a different pair and left for dinner, came back after dinner, the room had been cleaned, and shoes were gone.

I have travelled through the whole of Indonesia, and this is literally the best place you will get (for such a low price)! Super clean (no sewage smell as literally everywhere else), feeling 100% safe all the time, cool architecture and design (luxuriously youthful, with the pool, common areas - everything well maintained). Location is incredible - Kuta can be noisy and chaotic, but this one is on a quiet little street (but only 20 meters from the main street), and the beach is just a short walk from the inn (I went surfing twice a day (3min walk), everything else is less than a minute walk from the inn - shops, restaurants...). The staff is 1st class - SUPER kind, they are always helpful, making sure the facilities are spotless throughout the whole day and making sure the guests are feeling well. Special mention to the amazing Miss Lefiana, the hotel manager who made sure I felt at home, being extremely professional yet kind. Wherever I went for several days throughout my travel on Bali (Ubud, Canggu, Lombok ...) I kept coming back to Cara Cara ❤️

Everything was super good (and I am a very critical guest, I almost never rate anything a 10).

Central place, clean room, bed and bathroom, was quite at night. Very close to airport.

For some reason a lot is still closed like the bar, restaurant and laundry service. A shame, the place has a lot more to offer.

The staff were so so so great. Very helpful, helped us with with our laundry every time we needed. The place itself was very quiet, which I liked. Whenever we used to pool we had it to ourselves (we went early May). Kuta is built for tourists but since covid has become far less busy which we loved. Rooms were clean and comfy, lots of space. Extremely close to lots of restaurants and beach.

No food/bar available. Not a massive thing as loads of places to eat nearby. Not that it was an issue for us, but if you want to make friends I wouldn't recommend here.

Nice hostel in center of Kuta. Small room was clean and it was comfy.

I read comments about renovation of kitchen that are old few months and hoped that renovation is done, but kitchen and bar was still in renovation so don't know if that a true story so breakfast was some cold sandwich that was not good. Also there are no connection with other people in hostel, think that the biggest problem is hostel that don't do any program to connect people in hostel.

The location great. It is very close to beach and a busy street with lots of restaurants and shops. They have a very cool pool, too. The staff is very friendly, the ac works well, there are plenty of outlets in the rooms. It's a really good value for what you get in a room here.

The refrigerator in the room doesn't keep things very cold. That's about it though.

Location 10 minutes beach walk. Nice staff, Pool and very beautiful hotel.

I don't know why but almost of the services were closed because, they said, Covid. And that affected the stay. example because kitchen was closed the breakfast was very poor (bread with cheese) felt like they order to other place because was the food was packaged inside a bag. We had to wait always 10 minutes to get hot water.
