Ascott Waterplace Surabaya

I like the room and facilities in here . All the stuff are friendly and helpfull . Next time in the future when I have my holiday ,I will come over here again and stay more longer .

Only there is one that I dont like . There was one securty in portal gate and bit rude they way he spoke when I came in with my driving instructure . Actually he wont let the car in ,until I said I stay there and my instructure just want to drop me off . Hopefully the management of Ascott will do something about this as the way that security act is not nice at all . Please take notice for this . Thank you

Apartment is spacious enough. Bed is big and bathroom is also big with the bathtub

The AC location is literally next to bed and fan right to my wife's head. She have to open the door room to block the aircon otherwise she'll get sick. Wifi is unstable, we use our own data and I hotspot data for my laptop cause it's really bad

The staffs are very friendly and ready to assist and help us, the place is very clean, nice and pleasant.

It's just a bit difficult to go to thematic Pool with a stroller. The path for the stroller or wheelchair is too steep. And there was dish soap but there was no sponge or anything else that I can use to wash the dishes and my baby's cutlery myself.

I,felt sick during my stay due to food poisoning (street food)the staffs assisted me to go to the nearest clinic and Watsapp me for my condition. A big “Matur Nuwun” to the Front Desk”Ibu” and “Bapak”security who was working on the 29 Sep 2022 at 0900 to 1100hrs who showed genuine concern for me. I felt a genuine warmth during my 10 nights there.

I like the 2 bedroom hotels. Everything inside the room is amazing. But, the 5th floor lobby near lift needs a proper lamp. Too dark. Other than that, we have amazing stays here. We used the washing machine, the microwave, stove, fridge, and everything. Always loved our stay in Ascott. The staff were amazing, the room was clean 💛

The location was convenient and near to Pakuwon Trade Centre / Pakuwon City Mall. Hence, there was an abundance of food and shopping options at our disposal.

The bathrooms lacked ventilation and needed to be upgraded slightly due to wear and tear.

Location was excellent. With the Pakuwon Mall nearby. Service was also amazing. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

Cleaning service was good but abit inconsistent. Towel replacement missed out 1 or 2 towels. But housekeeping was fast with their response.

Spacious and comfortable flat, gym and swimming pool, proximity to Pakuwon mall

Be aware that the property is in a newer area on the edge of town, meaning it's pleasant and modern but it takes 20-30 minutes by car to go downtown

shower glass door couldn’t close fully so water from the shower flows out. should change to spray bidet instead of the current bidet system. Washing machine makes a really loud sound when spinning.

Fantastic location. Very near the Pakuwon Trade Center & Pakuwon Mall. Large well equipped apartment. Friendly & helpful staff.
