Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya managed by Swiss-Belhotel International

(1) The staff are helpful, polite. (2) Sauna, although not too hot after adding water. (3) Department store next to hotel, but it was quite empty, didn't see a lot of body visiting the mall. Maybe it was during weekdays.

(1) Upgrade need to pay more, although they have empty rooms. (2) Swimming pool a bit too small (3) only partial view from my room (4) Hotel reception station at floor 8. (5) No convenient store around, need to go to the mall basement, there is a big department store. although not too far. (6) Hotel is attached with the "empty mall", beside that, there is no other attractions near to the hotel but only local residential area. (7) Even the mall has restaurants, I only found 2 Chinese restaurants, The duck King and The paradise Dynasty, especially Dynasty serving very nice food, but extremely expensive. a dinner for 2 easily up to Rp 800,000. (8) Breakfast a lot of choice but taste so so only

My first impression of the staff was that they are very customer oriented and always greeted the guests with a smile, clearly seen behind the masks. The rooms are spacious, clean and the shower is complete with toiletries. The hotel was conveniently connected to the mall which was a plus! The room is cleaned daily and the complimentary bottled water is highly appreciated. The breakfast has good variety selection of both local and continental dishes.

Breakfast was very nice with lots of options, restaurant was well staffed who were very efficient. Very nice room with large comfortable bed. On the whole a very nice hotel.

Car parking isnt sign posted very well but thats only a small matter.

it’s our third time staying here. The last time we were here was 2 years ago, and we’re so glad that the hotel is still managed at a very high standard - the staff are always prompt fulfilling our special requests and handling of any issues. They delivered excellent service throughout from Concierge - In house dining - security and Reception and demonstrated professionalism and friendliness every hour of the day. Room remains comfortable and very clean just as we remembered it. Will always come back here again for stays in Surabaya!

The staff were super amazing and helped us out with difficult upcoming travel arrangements. We can not thank them enough. This hotel is second to none. We have been there 3 times now. Location, staff, food and rooms very high standard

Can't fault the place.

The staff was friendly and ready to assist. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The breakfast menu has a good variation of choice. The pool was perfect for a dip and has a few of the city and mountain (when it's not cloudy)

There should have been a minibar for the family suite, maybe a coca cola can and peanuts.. istead there was nothing at all... ZERO

The location would have been ideal had not the government closed the shops for a three week period (it’s above a great mall). The room was very clean and the staff were attentive

Although the swimming pool and get were kept open, the breakfast was delivered to your room and was average at best. Sure it is better during normal times but the choice for non indonesian visitors was limited.

the room wall too thin and not sound proof. I can her people next door talking in the phone all nite long. the pool too small for 5 stars hotel. fitness center alsi too small for 5 stars hotel. The towel need to replace... the colour not white /stained... looks dirty. The break fast actually have good taste but the variation of the menu is dissapointed. especially if stay more than 2 night. ... must recreate new arrangement of buffet break fast menu
