1. Happy and enjoy with variety and quality of breakfast, congratulation to the chef and team. 2. Room setting for twin room with additional extra bed/sofa genius idea, suitable for family trip. unfortunately only stay very short day.

As 4 star hotel overall good, only minor cleanliness there is a spot at flat sheet. Sensitive issue Arrive at midnight have problem with signage your hotel. Lost entrance then make long turn 1 more time, Need clear signage that visible while driving. My opinion this one of weakness from Fairfield Mayjend Sungkono.

1. Room was superb and really comfortable 2. Breakfast quite good but if can add more menus would be better 3. Cleanliness well maintained 4. But, one shortfall is that, no Airport Transfer available

No Airport Transfer services available. If there were to be Airport Transfer, then it would be very much helpful

I love the price and location and the staffs. And I received a nice surprise in a form of a free breakfast.

The Hotel is probably 7 years old and maybe a renovation will be needed for the lobby and restaurant. For the room, I think it needs a little extra cleaning.

The room has a good lighting , all bright, no dark part. Breakfast is OK. Room facilities are great, clean and great staff. Staff hospitality is very good. Location is close to mall. Straight forward check in process.

All good, but the lobby parking is too small so if one car have to wait guess to get into the car, other car have to wait sometimes too long because they can not pass the car who stop in front of them.

The room was spacious for our family suite, our extended family can meet and have small gathering there. The buffet for breakfast had so many varieties and it tasted decent,

The hot water wasn't working, but they sent people to take care of it fast.

parking area should be bigger. many people could not read the instruction of “Mohon tidak di hand rem ketika parkir” and caused other car can’t go out of parking area

Fabolous and clean every Angle of property , space so immaculate , roof top is the bonus to see Sunset , Breakfast excellent lots of choices. Staff excellent . The only a shame no hands towels on the bathroom although i request them nothing coming ,

Room is spacious compare to other hotel, reception is easy and fast, they were able to fulfill our request to stay in connecting room. It's located in premium location, easy to get around, near big malls and many restaurants nearby.

Amenities could have been better

Location was spot on for us as a family during our road trip, near toll/highway entrance & exit. Also, it was near lots of restaurants, malls, gas stations, etc. Rooms were spacious & clean, hotel staff were nice as well as helpful.

The entrance to the basement parking was a bit difficult & the basement itself was dark. Rooms & hotel showing its age, a bit of refreshed design/remodel would do the trick.

The variety of foods is good. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The taste of food is a bit too salty for us.
