Arya Villas Ubud

The best resort I’ve ever stayed! The whole area was very well kept and beautiful - surrounded by rice fields. The bungalows were very clean and comfortable. We loved the traditional style! Pool area was nice and the restaurant offered delicious meals. We also tried the morning yoga and saw the local dance at the restaurant. There is also a spa at the premises. However, the best part was the staff. They were absolutely lovely and took so good care of us! I would recommend this place to everyone.

The wooden room overlooking the rice fields was very comfortable and quiet at night with nothing but insects and birds. We also loved the open air shower. Breakfast was good as well with varied options and great coffee !! Staff was super friendly and always helpful up to the last minute with even a last minute departure gift. Did not have the time but they offer yoga and activities on site which can be nice !

The location is a bit out of town in the south (but that is what we wanted!). The only thing to know is that there is heavy traffic when you want to go in and out. Not an issue for us but just bear it in mind. On the other hand it’s perfect to explore north ouest side of Ubud and the river sides 😊

Friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms. Great free shuttle into central Ubud and breakfast very generous. The pool was very nice with great views over the padi fields. Great local restaurant on main street for fried chicken.

The price of food and drink, especially after 21% tax, is added to everything. A small Bintang ended up being 66, which is far more expensive than anywhere else we've seen in Bali. If prices were a little more reasonable, we would have spent a lot more at the hotel. The fridge in the room didn't get very cold. Plenty of staff however lacking attention to detail with empty bottles, towels, and plates not cleared away for a whole day.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, we were amazed by the high quality of the villa with such a good deal. The villa is located in a quiet area next to a big rice field, it's very quiet and peaceful at night. The room is neat and tidy. They also have different activities and free classes provided for the guests on a daily basis. The overall experience is really great and I would definitely love to visit again.

Everything is perfect except for the location, it's around 20 minutes ride to the Ubud center. But if you are looking for a villa to stay all day without going out, this won't bother you much.

This place was incredible - so many helpful friendly staff, convenient and comfortable open-air shuttle to ubud center, twice daily activities, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea included, spacious clean rooms with good aircon and the most beautiful outdoor shower, private pool and villa pool with views like a picture, nestled in rice fields which make for a beautiful walk.. just amazing!! Highly recommend!

Would have been good to have more /extended shuttle times including later at night to include return from dinner. Wished we could have stayed longer!

So many wonderful things to say about this place. The hotel is in the most beautiful location: the view of the rice fields from the pool area is simply stunning, and on a day where visibility is high (or early in the morning) you can see all the way out to Mount Batur and Mount Abang on the horizon. N.B. it is located around a 20 minute drive away from Ubud centre, but with the free shuttle service we weren’t inconvenienced by this at all. Hotel taxi service is also available at short notice to and from anywhere in Ubud and the surrounding area. The villas are superb: spacious, air-conditioned, quiet, characterful and very clean. We loved our bathroom in particular, which had this wonderfully zen, outdoor feel, but still had all the facilities we needed during our stay there. No amount of superlatives can describe the staff. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived at the airport till long after we left the hotel. A very special mention goes to the wonderful Dika, who went above and beyond to make our time in Ubud as special as it could have been, offering us so much of his time and teaching us so much about all the surrounding culture.

Very difficult to find anything we didn’t like. The only thing to comment on would be the breakfast, which was generally very nice but lacking options which we might personally have liked to see (cereal, for example, or having pancakes on the menu more often).

The staff here were so beautiful. They assisted with every possible thing they could, always suggesting places to visit/things to do and checking in on how our stay was going. They were always welcoming and friendly no matter the time of day. The hotel location is stunning, looking over rice fields and feels very jungle-like with all the beautiful greenery. The food from the restaurant was sensational and the breakfast that was included was great and had a nice range to choose from. Will absolutely stay again.

Though there is plenty of things to like here but the one thing that stands out is the service and the friendliness of the staff. I was in awe of their service. They make you feel really comfortable and are very accommodating. The place is amazing, very pretty and quiet. They have daily in house activities. The place is a bit away from centre but they have daily free shuttle to and fro

I absolutely loved the staff. Arya Villas is beautiful, peaceful, and authentic. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and they go above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable. Flexible and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. I stayed in different Villas on the property, and they were all great. Clean, comfortable, and I especially loved the bathrooms with outdoor showers. The food was awesome. The complimentary shuttle was very helpful. Yoga and so much more. I will be recommending Arya Villas to all my friends and family. They celebrated my 50th birthday with a special touch. I am very grateful.

10/10 - amazing place. Room - gorgeous, large open outdoor bathroom with bath, shower and amenities. Good aircon, TV in room,strong WiFi too in room. Terrace/seating at the front. Pool - lovely pool, amazing view of the fields, comfy loungers close to the restaurant for drinks. Staff - so friendly and helpful nothing was too much! Breakfast/food - one of the best hotel breakfasts we had during our trip in Indonesia - wide menu variety, everything delicious- amazing! Location - shops near by, we rented a scooter , easy to get to all the main places.
