Hotel Assarotti

We liked the room it was really cleaned and comfortable. The stuff from hotel was nice and helped us with parking the car on other site of the street since parking place is a bit small. Hotel is located only 20min to aquarium.

Parking it is small and you have to park it reverse from main street that can be annoying since the street it is quite occupied. During the night it is loud from main street so better to keep window closed.

The room was very clean and the air conditioning was invaluable as it was very warm when we arrived. The staff were very attentive especially when I misplaced my door key card.

The location is excellent as very close to the centre .. it’s located up a hill which only takes a few minutes to ascend, however in the heat of the day it takes a bit of encouragement.

The fact they were offering breakfast was great. The staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. The room was neat and properly cleaned. We were glad they were open 'till late for our arrival. The parking space was rather small, so if you have either a small car or excellent driving skills that works perfect.

It was a very local breakfast. Italians love sweets for breakfast apparently ;-) Although they had fresh bread, yoghurt and fruits which were great by the way, don't expect a hearty meal with cheese/bacon or whole grain bread. Other than that, it was great! Not all of the staff members speak English, so make sure you have your phone charged and google translate at hand ;-)

We did not get answer via booking communication on parking availability - so we park far away from hotel. Hotel parking itself not as extra small as it can be seen at Google - will fit several medium SUV (if dedicated only to guests)

The location was just perfect for us, on a bit busy street but still very nice and super simple to find. A couple of nice restaurants close to the hotel, and Marco Polo house is not very far. Parking is an issue, you must reserve parking if you wish to park in front of a hotel (costs acceptable EUR 10,00 per day), and if you are not a skillful driver you may find it hard to park. Breakfast was fair.

The staff were gorgeous, really polite and helpful. Good room size and spacious bathroom. Spotlessly clean. Good breakfast, not too varied, but plentiful, accompanied by excellent coffee.

Its position, although not really far from Brignole station and the main sights, is up on a hill and it was quite a hike at 9 pm after an exhausting day.

Excellent customer service, comfortable bed, excellent size TV, very clean and newly refurbished rooms. Also the hotel is very close to shops and supermarkets and it’s well connected to the Brignole and Principe train stations. I stayed at this hotel years ago and I will definitely return if I ever need to be in that area.

No soundproof at all. Very noisy between the check-out hours and the cleaning hours.

The staff were kind and friendly. The breakfast was nice too. The had an amazing croissant and a very delicious chocolate bread 🥐 😋 The location was great 15 minutes walking to reach the port. Also a lot of supermarkts were near by.

Nothing to mention.

The breakfasts were good, but nearly the same all days, so some changes in the menu would be grreat

Some of the personnel don’t speak English that made a communication a bit difficult

The hotel is small and friendly. It was more than adequate for our needs and extremely clean. The bonus was having a fridge in the room, very handy.

The room was facing the road so we had no view but that didn't detract from our stay at all.
