Breakfast was definitely not worth it. Even school canteen provides better choices. For the price paid i expect better.

1)everything is so NEW ! & CLEAN ! seriously , everything ! 2) the location of hotel is superb , the iconic city is just walking distance 3) room is spacious , the amenities provided by the hotel is adequate and relevant 4) helpful staff , i accidentaly book the wrong room ( twin instead of queen ) , a chinese male staff with spec immediately check and transfer a new room for me 🙏

rm200 per night stay is kinda high not as in it is not worth it , its just ppl tend to go to penang island and can get a similiar service for a lower price , why would someone spent a rm 200 in juru ….. right ? just a thought.

I have travelled to bukit mertajam for the past 30 years and have stayed in multiple hotels/residence, this is by far the best residence in Bukit Mertajam. I was surprised by the recent introduction of free coffee service at the ground floor. In my recent stay, i would like to personally thank all the staffs that assisted us. Thank you for going above and beyond.

If you have families living in different floor, it is extremely inconvenient to visit them. My suggestion is to allow access to certain floors upon request of the customers (after some verification has been done to ensure safety as well). Secondly, for your largest suites, i suggest adding dedicated water purifiers in the residences or multiple water bottles in the room.

Location suited our purpose of transit on road trip North to South, being conveniently just off the highway. Plenty of food options at nearby Icon City without needing to cross over to Georgetown proper. Room layout for 2BR Premier very well thought out, perfect for a family of 4, complete with individually controlled air-conds, 2nd TV in the spacious master bedroom, bidets in bathrooms, rainforest shower heads, shoe-racks at entrance, washing machine in kitchen, pots and pans. Kitchen only lacked an oven. Also eco-friendly. No bottled water provided but every floor has a 3M communal water dispenser.

Carpark on 5th floor is quite tight access. Laundry room at rooftop requires tokens from reception. No oven.

i would like to say my sincere thanks to the receptionist Nasif who assisted us during check in. it was pleasantly smooth. we were very tired from the very long drive (9hrs) from singapore. Apartment is super huge. bed is comfortable

everything is good. location may be difficult for those who is not driving as it is away from penang island. but there is Grab services

We stayed in the 2-bedroom Executive apartment on the 29th floor: The apartment was new, clean, modern, fitted with a fully functioning kitchen, a washer/dryer, three TVs (2 in each room, 1 in the common-area living room), and two bathrooms. Guests have access to the rooftop pool and gym as well. Apartment comes with free breakfast every morning. Hotel is conveniently located in Bukit Mertarjam, a short drive to Penang island and other attractions. Family-friendly hotel with reasonable prices and friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious enough for my family. it have two tvs so the kids cant watch cartoon without interrupting us. The amenities is superb with wet kitchen and microwave and various appliances for us to eat, drink, and making formula milk for our kids. Sponge is provided as well! I generally have to bring my own sponge to wash the kids milk bottle so this is definitely a plus point. You have to go to level 39 for a swimming pool. My kids enjoy dipping in the pool..

No bidet. Omg it was such a hassle washing the kids when they poo.

-The cleanliness of the apartment can be improved -Communication between the front desk and housekeeping as we repeatedly had to check in on our requests -The cost of an extra bed should be much cheaper and not MYR106 per night especially since we are paying so much -Front desk staffs can be more friendly and engaging with customers

Lots of eateries around the hotel, beside is the Icon city which you will be stuffed with tons of food choice. The hotel is next to North-South highway entrance and it's a brand new facility (for now). The unit comes will full kitchenette facility, suitable for those who would like self-cook. The unit is very spacious, it comes with a living room + bedroom.

Floor is a bit dusty, if you are particular about cleanliness, advisable to bring your own indoor sandals.

The facilities and room is superb clean. The bed & pillow is superb clean and superb comfortable, which I can have a very good sleep. The bathroom is superb clean and the water pressure from shower is just nice, I like it very well. The reception staff and housekeeping staff is very polite and helpful, and I received a warm welcome for my pets ( small dog) as well! Well designated car park, which car is safely parked and hassle free.
