The Lobby and the room is far a part and the night scenery was eerie… Check in Counter staff no too friendly… Long wait at the lobby (wait for buggy service to the room- should provide room blueprint map brochure to guide customer ) due to the arrival time clash with Maghrib prayer…(need to plan my schedule next time)

spacious room & value for money, very quite place and easy going to the other place, avoided from traffic jammed. The staff are excellent. Good Job!

The facilities need much more improve and also wifi connection didn't work at all. Pool also need to provide pool's towel. Please do maintenance regular as my room the bath tub pipe is spoil.

I like because of the privacy, far from town and quiet and calm.

Not about the property but the staff keep calling my room every morning and knock the door even I already hang the do not disturb sign. It is a bit annoying for me.

Need upgrade certain facilites like rest room and lighting according to long time using...also quality of meal at the coffee house...its out of my expectation...

I really love the scenery, the breakfast choice of food were superb!, the room was very comfortable to stay.

Maintenance & housekeeping to be upgraded a bit. In my room, one of the sinks cracked. the parquet was a bit dusty on the first day but after calling they came and clean. Overall was OK.

Room is comfort but should be revise the quality of matress n pillow Bf is not bad n mengikut citarasa Teganung kite Pool is good, Gym faciliies is very good. The best is play the surah quran. very impress for me n family. Yr Staff Reception is Vey Good attitute Mr Amer (Handsome boy)

We want to extend stay at 1 night but fully booked.

so far all very satisfied with the service provide by the hotel.. food, room.. all very satisfied.. will come again next time

some of the buggy staff are not friendly n drive the buggy car very dangerous.. feel not safe with it..

There's a water leaking under the chalet. But overall there are no issues with the water supply...

The room was so spacious and comfortable, and my room was facing the Kuala Terengganu river view. I love how calm and safe it feels walking around the resort area as they played ayatul Quran recite at every corner of the resort all day long. The bathtub is so big and can fit 2 people at one go. The scenery at the resort is mesmerizing and they also allowed Foodpanda to deliver food right in front of the doorsteps. The buggy service from lobby to the chalet area is also awesome!
