Just a simple yet cosy place to stay overnight. As for the price to offer, the room and toilet is spacious and clean. Nothing much to complain about it.
There is a few parking lots only in front of the hotel, it may need some time to find a parking space during peak hour.

Room is very spacious and comfort. Location is strategy.. near to jambatan angkat,pasar payang & pantai batu buruk. very convenience bcz easy to get for bfast lunch n dinner. at night u can lepak at food truck n pantai batu buruk.
Bed a bit dusty. im not sure bcz of lack staff coz or what but we only can check in to hotel bout 4pm due to insufficient time to clean up the room.

theres many restaurant nearby, its priced reasonably. very spacious for its price. spacious bathroom.
one of the bed sheet is dusty, feels like it havent got change for awhile maybe because no one slept on one of the bed so they just left the bed sheet as it is. the window were not tightly close when i arrive so theres ants coming from outside infesting the table nearby the windows. the kettle is rustic. the tv remote batteries is dead. the shower position is too low not suitable for a tall guy i guess its design like that for shorter people.

The location. Very near to eateries and easy to access all the tourists spots
Wifi was not accessible at all time. It keeps disconnecting. And we cannot use our data too, in the room. Hot water was not available at all time. Only a few hours in a day. Duvet cover was open, not secured properly. Making the duvet slip out of its cover. Mattress was lumpy and all itchy. I suspect bed bugs. Door very thin and flimsy. Could hear people walking and talking outside on the corridor.

No car parking...pillow they give only 2 pcs..and many more not good..and the wardrobe also got broken and smell like rat...better change it..also need put more plug in bed for easy use..
