The housekeeping staff so friendly.

The drainage in the bathroom give off an unpleasant smell. We arrived early to the hotel from airport (first flight from kl) , and go to the hotel . Reception told us that room are ready but if we want to check in early we need to pay extra rm50. We are so tired n just pay rm50. But no receipt from the reception. Im not sure if im not aware the early check in procedure.

We love the room! Location wise, it wasn't so difficult to find. There's a Tealive outlet downstairs and free designated parking for hotel customers, which we are very thankful for. The hotel has elevators, so its definitely great for people with large suitcases, little kids, or elderly. Room has hot shower, bidet, clothing hangars, clean towels, and TV. It also comes with complimentary shampoo/body wash, tea/coffee making corner, and bottled mineral water. Bed was comfy, pillows just ok, blanket is thick enough, and air-conditioner is also functioning well. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy; there's deposit collected so please remember to bring cash. Worth the money, lovely stay, and also near to Nasi Dagang Atas Tol.

Room doesn't have an iron/ironboard but there's an ironing corner at the hallway for our level.

The room is big. The location is nearby attractions places. Free parking available.

Easy access and nice parking area. My room was huge! Also i love this hotel got prayer mat and qiblat direction. Many pillow provided also was comfortable for us. Water pressure for toilet so good. I really enjoy my stay at this hotel. I would recommend others to stay at this hotel.

Toilet sink maybe bit clogged but its not a big deal.

Staff is really friendly, willing to help us extend our stay for 2 hours for 20 ringgit. Really comfortable to stay.

Room is slightly dusty. And would be great if the hotel is a bit more soundproof. Can hear kids shouting and running next door.

The location very strategic and I do love the toilet which the toilet is so clean and wudhu friendly for Muslim

The bedroom is slightly dusty and make me itchy some time maybe I had allergic and the comforter had some dirt maybe it is permanent dirt whenever after washing but its ok still comfortable to sleep

RAC has lobby next to Tealive on the same floor. Some choices of restaurants located right in front of hotel. Thus, can grab drinks and food nearby. plenty parking available. got lift. Hotel location near to city centre.

Easy to check in and check out. Bathroom was very clean and all the necessities were complete! I would definitely stay again if i come to terengganu. Theres a tealive inside the hotel which is very nice.

Room sound proofing need to be improved. I can hear next room occupant talking on the phone from my room. Need more privacy.
