Primula Beach Hotel

My husband Tansri Zainal and I would like to thank you for the service provided while staying at the Hotel on 25 & 26/3/24. Upon our arrival on 25/3/24 at 3.00pm, we were informed that Ramadan Iftar was full and only the stairwell was available. Since my husband uses a wheelchair, I refused. But due to the concern of their Hotel Employee, Pn. Suaibah and Pn. Rahimah, I have been given a seat in the front. Many thanks to all the hotel employees who gave cooperation and service. Iftar food has a variety of dishes and is delicious

Not satisfied with the food. Need to improve on the variety of food. Only had bread with butter for breakfast.

Room very clean, staff friendly, surrounded by foodstall n strategic location for stayed

The location. Right in city center but still accessible to the beach. The mall also within walking distance and easy to go anywhere

Was under construction thus not having full nice view of the hotel. The room premier deluxe was good but unfortunately the bathtub floor is damaged thus the water leaked to the bathroom floor. Balcony light was also not working.

to be honest. because this hotel is quite old, i didnt have high expectation. but the room was surprisingly proper. the design was classic but it doesn't feel like an old room. it was also clean and spacious.

the air conditioning was a bit hard to control. even at the lowest setting, it was cold.

The room was comfortable and clean. Also the location of the hotel is quite strategic - it's right beside the beach.

I find some of the staff rather unprofessional - I'm not sure if they would act likewise if I'm a foreigner. I think it's important to show a friendly smiling face when you are working in the hotelier business - no matter in whatever position of the work.

One thing that I keep on staying here is the location and location. Friendly and ever helpful staff! Always look forward to the breakfast for Nasi Dagang.

It's a premier room but the bathroom is not really up to the standard. Need to change the bathtub and face and hand towel should be provided.

Even the hotel is old hotel.. but everything look bery tidy, clean, and taken care. The room dont have any old carpet smell, the lobby is very nice and cozy. The location also very mear to food area, beach

Didn't have the chance to use the pool but it looks old amd not very attractive

The room was spacious & clean, I love that they even provide us with sejadah. All amenities is working well, toilet is even equip with Coway Bidet. The hotel is using solar panel too. Good job Primula Beach!!

Just that, the swimming pool is under renovation. But hey we are at the beach!
