The roof top pool is a very nice addition to the stay.

Our room has windows to the street. It was extremely noisy. No difference if window was closed or not.

We had a comfort stayed.! The beds are very comfy, ac worked well and kept the room cool and cozy. The hotel staff are amazing, i chatted with Jorge, Alejandro Jose, Manuel and even the security guard, they all made me feel safe and welcome. They provided lots of important information about the different beaches and “must go “ places. We visited Conchas Chinas, very rocky and kind of aggressive waves. Good for pics and a relaxing time but not to swim. Garza Blanca Beach and Esmeralda Beach are Beautiful!! Because there are not waves there, these are definitely my favorite beaches to spend the entire day and swim. Easy to get there by uber, I only paid about 6 dls from the hotel. There is no restaurant in the hotel. No breakfast offered, however there are many places to eat near by, 2 to 3 blocks walking. The hotel location is great to access to the South or North side of PV, either by bus and pay 10 pesos or by uber and pay a little more. Coffee shop next to the hotel, however it would be perfect if the hotel had coffee in the room!

The hotel is very clean, simple, nicely decorated with a modest amount of decorations. A rooftop pool and lounge area is a bonus which makes the hotel extra. The staff Manuel and Alex were super friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach is great, just remember to stay on the right side of the pier with the hut. I will certainly stay at this hotel again - the value cannot be beat.

Really have to dig for this one, but you could note that a couple of the closet doors had a little asthetic damage, but totally nothing worth complaining about. Oh in an ideal world the room safe could have been big enough to fit a laptop.

It is close to everything important to me. The apt was spacious and comfortable.

Some of the kitchen areas require a closer cleaning. Counters were not completely cleaned, and the table and chairs had food debris on them. The pool is small, and there was a film on the tiles in the pool. My skin also had a funny film on it. I believe it had too much chlorine or whatever they used to disinfect it. The loungers were also stained. I used a towel to lay on it. It's not a comfortable experience.

I really like all the information the front desk staff give to us. Really like the location and access to taxi right out the front door. Just LOVE the rooftop pool!! Bed super comfortable! And the manager Is really really nice and helpful. Room price was good also.

There is a coffee shop right next door, but I like to make my own coffee and tea in my room. If I stay more than a couple days a fridge in the room is nice, only stayed two days this visit,but last visit stayed a week and they brought us a fridge.

Everything was great! The front desk staff, maids and security guard were very polite and very helpful. Our apartment in the hotel was very comfortable. The engineer fixed our television promptly and was very helpful. The location is great. We plan to return one day soon. I highly recommend this hotel. It feels like home. The staff makes you feel like family.

The property was a little oasis in a busy area. We loved the common areas; the pool and courtyard. It was central to the Malecón and the marina. it was easy to get a bus. There were restaurants around.

The area was busy. Our balcony looked out onto the plaza area and it was a little loud at times. we still slept well,

The hotel was wonderful, lovely rooms with clean facilities. the staff were super friendly and always very accomodating. The rooftop pool was frequently empty so it was lovely to go sit up there in peace and watch the sunset.

wish the location had have been a little closer to the town centre, but only a short bus ride.

I made last minute reservation as Airbnb apartment where I was suppose to go failed me. The staff was patient with me when I was almost had nervous breakdown when I thought beside all the other things that had gone wrong that day I could not find my credit card. It was dislocated in the bag. Room was spacious, with TV, AC and balcony. Shower had hot water and cosmetics. Decoration of the hotel was beautiful and pool area at 4th floor also relaxing with plants and lounge area. There is coffee shop next door and lot of restaurants in the surroundings. I felt safe walking there.
