Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive

Built and operated on a human scale, Las Palmas by the sea is a remarkable all - inclusive hotel. Food selections are fresh, varied, delicious and attractively presented. Bar offerings are wide-ranging and copious. Staff is attentive, diligent and friendly. Can’t wait to return. THANK YOU!!!

Wifi works well in the public areas but not so good in the rooms.

Upon check-in we upgraded for about $82 for the six nights to Ocean view room with balcony 322 Rafaela the lady who checked us in did excellent job of getting us a really nice room. The staff were very nice very accommodating hotel is clean with a lot of Sanitizing stations all over the resort. Everybody was great about wearing a mask in the common areas staff wore masks the whole time all the waiters go over and above and always very pleasant . We asked for the foam top for on the bed since they’re always hard in Mexico made for comfortable sleeping , shower pressure was good, had to hold the handle down when flushing toilet other than that the room AC was a little loud at night at times but glad they had AC working. The food is Buffet style but they serve you the didnt disappoint couple of times yes it was similar but not a big deal. As I stated earlier all the waiters and bartenders went above and beyond please tip generously they work really hard. The hubby and I had three massages in the 6 nights we were there Lupita and iElizabeth are the best definitely recommend getting massages with them it’s about $30 for 75 minute relaxation massages. The six nights we were there we only got to enjoy the one night of the separate restaurant had an issue when we tried to go the second night we were late getting to our reservation as we were purchasing some items and had some issues ,told that we did not get there in enough time to be fed which didnt make sense since only half of the place was full compared to the first night we did the restaurant when it was packed. We had a late flight on our last day there we paid for the all day pass $33 per person was not told that it ended at 6pm assumed all day means all day dinner doesn’t start till 630pm .

There was nothing that I didn’t like but was just a little bit disappointed in some of the ways they handled certain situation

All staff was very nice and spoke english. Covid safety was excellent. Masks always on, wiping bottoms of shoes and hand sanitizer stations. Bartenders were excellent.

Food was ok but not much variety day to day. Almost exclusively Mexican nationals which is great but talking to other guests is difficult unless your Spanish is fluent.

Location is good, staff is friendly

The ocean view and pool were both amazing.

It is popular for high school student graduation parties. For two nights, a large group of students were on the beach in front of our room playing music and celebrating until dawn.

- excellent location (shops, main street, on the beach - separate pools for adults and kids - room 132 has balcón with view of pool and ocean - comfy bed - staff were all friendly and responsive - clean facilities - adult pool never got too loud - great fruit selection - the omelettes, salsa verdes and chicharrónes were deliciosos - buffet has daily variety - 330$ USD for 4 nights was a super deal

- hot food was okay yet there was always fresh fruit and salads

great location, great staff, great entertainment.

property is looking tired - needs updated. Food was a disappointment.

Breakfast was wonderful! I also liked the entertainment every night
