The Yellow Capsule is a really nice sleep experience. The staff is super friendly and the place itself is clean and well organized. Breakfast was good too. I only stayed for one night, just to go to the airport the next day.

Actually nothing to add here! Don't know if the location is good if you want to explore the city, I only had to go to the airport, which was really nearby.

I took it as a new experience :) - very good wifi - shared area like the terrace/dining was very nice - water in the shower - big flow and hot water :) - staff was always very helpful and nice - coffee/ tea/ water was available all the time

- not enough space for your stuff in the bathroom along the sink - I would add some shelves under the sink - lockers might not be enough for a pair with big suitcases - not sure how they calculate space but in the capsule, there was not 7m2, However I expected this based on the pictures - capsule is made from plastic, you can feel if somebody is moving in top/next capsule

Great place to stay and work, the staff does a great job, always helpful, everything is clean, the breakfast included is OK. Highly recommended for work etc.

As an introvert, I found the capsule really cozy! The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. The communal area was great especially with continuous coffee available, and the breakfast was very nice.

Unluckily, I was given a locker right next to the door to the lobby, and I spent a lot of time in my locker sorting my things out, so everytime someone came through the door, I had to stop what I was doing to make sure they could get past - it was a very tight space. Plus, there was a bench next to lockers for sorting your stuff but my locker was at the opposite end, and with a heavy rucksack it wasn't very feasible to bring it over every time I needed to find something in it. I understand though that the locker issues aren't easy to fix. The showers are great, my only problem was how hot the room got as there's no ventilation or extractor fan, so getting out of the shower was a race to put clothes on before you got sweaty again!

The Yellow Capsule is a great value. Breakfast is included. They provide you with towels, there’s shampoo and shower wash in the showers. The hotel is part of a mall, so it makes it very convenient and it feels safe.

The capsules have a loud sliding door. Guests are coming and going all night so it makes is hard to rest. There’s a TV that only works with corded earphones, I wish I was told about this beforehand. Other than this, the concept and the hotel are perfect.

The pods were great. The had everything you think of, including a small table to use with your laptop. It was mostly a quiet zone, so you sleep at any time during the day. The internet was good in the pods. Flavoured water and coffee are available the whole day. The breakfast was also good but small. The staff was amazing 🤩 and very helpful.

So things were limited to one person. For example, the pod got too cold for me and I asked for another blanket and was told it's one person. After some explanation and conversation, I was given another blanket. The mere fact that I had make a case for getting another one when I was too cold felt uncomfortable. The breakfast provided was good, but the size is VERY small. 2 eggs, 1/2 of a waffle and 1/4 or less of a banana. If you ask for more waffles, there is a charge.

Breakfast was good, the place was cozy and welcoming... I love the thoughts on the wall and floor... the plants.. the small details. The capsule experience was amazing and the staff was really nice. It is a place to rest for sure.

It would be nice to have a map in the reception where you can see the capsules locations per number to be able to find them easily since the room is dark.

Great place to stay if traveling on budget. The capsule itself was nice and clean and always with perfect temperature. Breakfast was great as well. Hotel has nice terrace and is located in Cumbres plaza, which has Walmart, restaurants, Starbucks etc. in walking distance. There are buses that go to the city quite often, so there are no issues to get to the downtown and back. You would have to use 2 buses ($12 MXN each) to get to the Hotel Zone and fancy beaches thought. Super friendly and helpful staff regardless who is on the desk, helped me with Covid test and transportation to the airport for super reasonable price. Really really good impression especially compared to other budget options. And experience living in a japanese capsule is something to try for sure.

Some people say it might be hard to sleep because sound isolation is not the best and you can hear others - partially true, people get in and out of capsules and you definitely notice that. Wasn't a problem for me though. Also, can see location being an issue if all you want is to spend all your time on the beach - as mentioned before, takes some time and effort to get there and back. Personally, was fine with me because like walking and wondering around

I loved the tasty breakfast that was included in the price (freshly cooked eggs and waffle with 24 hr tea & coffee); the location and cleanliness of the property is excellent; Showers had good pressure/hot water; beds were comfy; the business/work area was super helpful, and the entire vibe was relaxing, professional and peaceful.

The locker area is small and gets overcrowded when more than 2-3 guests are using the space at the same time. Also, the microwave was hard to locate because it’s outside in the smoking area…it would be nice to have a designated kitchen area to store leftovers and have better use of the microwave. Still a little pricey in comparison to the competition in the area (hostel beds start at $9 usd a night and a private economical casa/Airbnb room average $15-20 usd night, and budget hotels starting $30 and up).

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The place is a little rough around the edges, as is the capsule itself, but it does the job. Capsule is surprisingly comfortable, the AC is nice and cool. People stayed quiet, which is good as the capsules have very little sound insulation. All in all a cheap and comfortable stay. One huge highlight for me is that there is a good Anytime Fitness, 10 seconds from the hotel, that you can use for only 200 pesos a day. Would recommend.

Capsule seemed to be quite cheaply constructed.
