Staff is friendly, location is good. Short walking distance to everything in downtown including the best mall in cancun. Overall it's a good cheaper option for staying in downtown. Bed is comfy as well!

Hot water for showers worked sometimes. Other times it didn't work at all, other times water got semi warm. The wifi is also very bad, can't do anything on it, we couldn't work at all during our trip as the wifi was like 1mbps litterally the entire time. Seeing we need to work while gone this was a big deal as we couldn't work from the hotel. Outside of these 2 things everything else was great!

It was quiet (our room faced the inner courtyard and not the busy street on the other side. The bed was comfortable. Large bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. Fridge in the room was convenient. Good wifi. Pool area was pleasant to spend a while at while we waited to go to the airport. Our room was bright. There is a mall with multiple food options, as well as a few restaurants within walking distance (though it's a bit difficult to cross the multi-lane streets).

Small things only: The room smelt like mold & chlorine. The little waterfall feature in the pool kept running all night, adding unnecessary noise (or maybe it was some air-conditioning outdoor units/fans/something else). Only a small part of the window opens, so airing the room out was difficult. There is a (filtered) coffee maker but they provide no coffee, also a hot water kettle would be nice and more convenient maybe (for tea/instant coffee).

friendly and smooth check in. the location was good for me and only at a 5’ walk from the mall. personal really helpful with whatever questions I had. I needed my laundry to be done, due to communication issue I ended up running to the laundromat but it was closed, it Ryan a friendly lady from the staff did it for me for a very affordable price in less than two hours time I had everything back nicely folded. that was amazing and a personal touch always adds up to how you experience your stay. thank you so much!

The stay was nice. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and clean. We had a good bed and a small living room. The size of the rooms were pretty big, which was easy for us as backpackers with a lot of stuff. Also the bathroom was nice with a good shower. Definitely a recommendation

We checked the location from the hotel in Cancun and we've known it was pretty far walking. In reality it was walking longer than we expected in the first place. In 35 degrees it was a long one, but related to the price it was okay. When you've a car, it is definitely not a problem at all.

It’s located right on the beach, about a 10 minute walk from punta coco beach where you can witness the bioluminescence. The pool has an incredible beach view. it’s beautifully designed, clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel is one of the best we have eaten at. The food is incredible

The room door is right at the lobby, so the room is noisy. You could hear the other guests and the noise from the kitchen, which could get quite loud - pots banging and blender working. The breakfast is very plain and not too good - it included only some fruit with a bit of yogurt, basic eggs, bread was often over baked and completely dry, only American style coffee (from a coffee pot, no cappuccino or espresso) and that’s about it. Any addition like juice or cheese was extra.

It truly created a little oasis, a little ambiance with the cafe and waterfall and pool perfectly placed for a mini tropical paradise. My four year adored the design of the pool area and the entire building was new and fresh. There is roof access, but probably not supposed to go out there on the roof but what a view! The gym was an added bonus on the 4th floor. Cafe cuisine was lovely and fairly priced. Great conversations abounded! We had a huge adventure at this hotel in just a 24 hour stay! I think that is remarkable.

We did have a couple roaches in the room. I think they should take the coffee makers out of the room unless they intend to give guests coffee to make. The shower head was oddly placed and sprayed water out of the shower into the bathroom floor. These these were extremely minor compared to the value and vibe of the hotel, it's staff, and hospitality overall.

The breakfast was really good (for us was the best from that hotel but it is not included on the fee), the service was also nice. It has a small swimming pool and a small gym. We could park the car there. Bathroom was very clean and rooms too. At is located far from the clubs there was no noise at the rooms.

It is located a little far from the downtown but it is close to the airport, you can go to the beach and also you can go jogging in a special way so it is very convenient.

The room itself was big and comfortable. Slightly aged installations. We only stayed one night so it was great for us and the noon check-out was perfect! Good wifi connection

room for 4 only came with two towels and two bottles of water, and on that note no free filtered water. gym room was boiling.
