Wyndham Garden Cancun Downtown

room was good size. had parking. nice location in downtown. nice breakfast buffet but not big verity, you’ll find what to ear. Staff in breakfast was nice. bed was very big and comfortable.

hot water- took the shower long time to get hot, maybe because we were on the 5th floor. it took time to refill the food I’m the breakfast and there was lots of people, for example we started eating while waiting long time for bread

It is in a good location. if you ask for a tour, they go for you at the entrance. the Rooms were clean and the beds comfortable

The place seemed a little dark, dirty and the rooms had humidity issues on the ceiling. Also some a/c were not working.

really like the breakfast and the staff was lovely. the room was spacious

we were missing towel but we asked them at the reception and the shower did not have hot water

Our first day room was 1st floor and room windows was very small almost like completely wall.

Spacious room, great pool area, great facilities. For the price, the hotel is definitely a good value. The bed and the room were very comfy. Water bottle and good hygiene products provided.

The breakfast was not good at all. Very low quality food (eggs taste like boiled water) and not enough choice. The location is not the best, it is far away from the beaches and main areas, but there are still some good restaurants around. It is very difficult to take an Uber because of the pressure of the taxis, Uber has to hide and take you a block away otherwise they are threatened by taxis (but I guess it is the same in a lot of areas of Cancun).

a bit outdated but in overal we had a good stay, nice breakfast.

It was a non-expensive hotel near the city center. breakfast buffet is for the price totally fine and has many options. Seating area were comfortable. The reception were professional. Entrance area nice. Rooms were decent. There is a small pool. room service was good. For 1-2 nights to come in or before departure is fully fine.

room very outdated, when we showred, by the second person using the shower very carefully, the whole entrance area include the floor were flooded... they came to clean, but no fixing possible... Poeple working in this hotel were a bit reserved. The pool were very small, only for children making sense to use. location is near the city center, but not really in the center, you would need a taxi, and this is expensive to get everywhere.

Outstanding and very courteous staff, really clean room, no much street noise, free parking and location felt secure. There are some nearby restaurants walking distance. Breakfast was okay. Overall, great hotel would recommend staying.

Right next to our room there was a service room that had a loud machine. I am a heavy sleeper and the noise was still very unpleasant for me. We only stayed for a night so we didn't asked for a room change, yet the next day we gave the feedback and staff was very receptive.

Location is on point, within walking distance to restaurants and a shopping mall, and quite a few small supermarkets. The first room they gave me, i had a problem with, but they soon sorted it out by moving me to another room ,which was much better for me ,10 out of 10 for their prompt action. Breakfast was OK and so was the WiFi.

They really have to do something about the constant humming noise in room 417, not sure where it was coming from, it might be from the elevator/lift. But it is truly annoying.

clean room, excellent A/C, blackout curtains. It was quiet during our stay, but cannot say it is because of the soundproofing or just the lack of neighbors. We had the room with windows to the alley, not to the main street. It was really comfortable to sleep and rest. A little park right around the corner (it even has pull up bars — rare feat for Mexico). Nice huge table in the lobby to do some work (I had very early morning phone calls to make). Hotel stuff was good and helpful, though quite formalistic regarding the face masks (beyond any real safety reasons).

the swimming pool area is not welcoming to spend time there — it is small, tucked around the building in between the side alley and the hospital. And it was always in the shade from the building. This was not a problem for me, but may be important for you.
