Seven Boutique Apartments Cancún

Good location. The room was very clean with all necessary kitchen stuff (except kettle). If we asked for something, it was done without any problems - an extra key, extra towels, set up a TV in the room. Close to stores, Las Palapas (highly recommend this inexpensive place to try national food), busses to the beach, ADO bus terminal - all this is ~10-15 minutes walk. Large trade center Las Americas Plasa is across the street. As a person who is interested in architecture, I really like Seven Boutique Apartment architecture. White building, a lot of wood, plants, wall and floor tiles, absolutely great light works. Especially at night. An atmosphere of calm and relaxation. Definitelly, this is the place I wish to come back.

No kettle in the room, we had to boil water in a saucepan. This does not apply to the hotel, it just needs to be taken into account. Nearby there is a bullring and every night there in a bar they sing songs very loudly until late night. This did not prevent us from sleeping, but those who have sensitive sleep should take this into account.

Pool was open till 10.00 p.m., nice whirpool. Shops in walking distance. Very kind and helpful personel with immediate attention to request less load room after first night.Unfortunately no same size room available.1 time cleaning include in 7 days stay. Rooms are modern & nice and in good condition, but kitchen not well equiped and dirty. Pan was black. Only 2 pans. We did not cook, so it was fine.

We were at ground floor and there were ants in kitchen.They told it is because of the trash and they removed trash, but they were also at the safe in the room.They clean the kitchen immediately, but as soon as we let food on the table despite it was packed, ants come again.We need to put all food in fridge.Extremely load as there is a concert hall just opposite and almost every night concert start at 10.00 p.m till 3.00 a.m. Our room was on street side and the whole night cars were running like we would sleep on the street.The walls were so thin, we hear everything from outside and other room. For some nights we would recommend as for Mexiko high standard but we would not book again for a whole week due to the loudness and location.

I loved that it was a small boutique hotel because you get personalized service from the staff. Manuel (Jose), Salma, Jennifer & the driver Raphael were very professional, helpful & accommodating. They were all amazing & went above & beyond to help in any way. Manuel (Jose) even stayed in contact with me via email or Instagram before I even arrived & professionally answered any & all questions or concerns I may have had before arriving, & I had a lot of questions 😅. The hotel looked exactly like the pictures online. The hotel itself & rooms are very modern, clean & updated. We got a 2 bedroom which was really a bed in the open living/kitchen/dining area with t.v. but with an enclosed bedroom with another bed & t.v. Both the living area & bedroom each have their own t.v. & air conditioning/heating unit. I liked having the separate space because we sleep separately due to his snoring & how cold he likes the room to be. My husband needs his room very cold plus he snores so he had his own space to sleep in, I slept in the living area & I was able to set my own temperature for the space. The pool area is very up to date & very, very nice. The rates for this hotel were outstanding for the rooms. We paid less than a $100 U.S. a night for what they consider a penthouse suite which consisted of full kitchen, dining room, 1 bed in living area with t.v. and cooling/heating unit, a beautiful, modern bathroom & a whole separate bedroom with another t.v. & cooling/heating unit. Great location in terms of being near hotel zone, you can't walk to the hotel zone though, you can however catch a public bus on mostly every corner for only $1. It does take you all the way out to the hotel zone & beyond to the public beaches. Walking distance to the mall, restaurants, pharmacies, anything you need is minutes away.

The location wasn't the greatest in terms of visually, there's no pretty view, it's also loud being that it is right across from a restaurant/bar that has a singer every night from 8 p.m. until about 11 p.m. or 12 p.m. so of you're a light sleeper, be prepared. You can also hear the cars on the street, but neither of these things were the fault of the hotel or staff. I did read both of those complaints on previous reviews so I knew ahead of time that it would be loud. There's not a whole lot of hot water, it doesn't last long so be mindful if you're like me & like long, hot showers. For those who have children, be careful near the windows because ours were not locked, nor could we find any way to lock them although there me be a way to.

Beautiful design, very well located.

It can get a little bit noisy as the building is located along the Main Street and is a very busy one. We were instructed we have to wash our own dishes if we didn’t want to get charged extra, yet a lot of the pots and dishes weren’t that clean to start.

The property was really nice and clean and came as published. the pool is squeaky clean and very enjoyable. location is perfect as traveling around Cancun is very convenient. very easy for Uber riders to find. very friendly service, lovely night manager the lady I didn’t get her name. very English friendly.

I really loved the property only one tiny issue which is nothing major tbh but the water pressure was a bit low especially the hot water but it’s a hot country anyways so if you a fancy a cold shower it shouldn’t be an issue. hopefully they get it fixed. if you’re not so lucky and you get the top most floor you’ve got some set of stairs waiting for you. but as I said a very beautiful place

We booked this place for our last day in Mexico, and the place met our expectations. Location is perfectly, because we had a mall on 5 minute walking distance away. We came from the ADO bus station with the taxi and it was around a 7 minute ride. The apartment was fully equipped for if you wanted to stay for more days and cook. Which is very good. We didn't enjoy the amenities because of the rain and short stay.

The receptionist tried to scam us during payment of the checkin. We were busy for at least 15 minutes trying to explain that we gave enough dollars and Mexican pesos to pay the whole room.

The beds were a bit rigid, the internet extension didn’t quite reach our apartment, and the water pressure wasn’t the best

Location is good . Very clean and tidy apartment.

Around the apartment there are pubs and bars with live music that plays until 4/5 am . We could not get good sleep during our stay .Even with ear buds on you could hear it loud. Making it soundproof is the only way.

I really appreciate the generous support from the staff. They really take care in all belongings for their customers. An outstanding service was delivered by the staff member Oscar, who invested a lot of time in solving my personal credit card issues. He even walked me to the shopping center to get there savly. No doubt he is an one of a kind service person, every employer can be proud to have! Also the rest of the complete team was always friendly, supportive 24/7 and simply nice human beings. I recommend this apartments 100%.

The front desk staff is exceptional. They were so accommodating and was able to help with all our needs. The rooms are as shown in the pictures. Has got a modern feel to it. The beds are very comfortable. The location is very good. There is a Oxxo store just next door & a pharmacy. Also Las America mall is walkable. The pool area is also very good. The utensils & cutlery provided in the room were of good quality and sufficient. Overall the place Has a very clean, good vibe. We had a very comfortable stay and really enjoyed staying here.

This hotel doesn’t have elevators so if you are on top floors be prepared to climb up the stairs. Also room cleaning, laundry has additional charges (not included). Towels are replaced every 3days.
