Derlon Hotel Maastricht

Good location for our purposes. Comfortable room.

Meal service before Andre Rieu concert was painfully slow. We arrived at 17.30 to be seated and the first course was served at 18.00. The main course was served at 18.40 and we abandoned at 19.15 before the sweet course was served. This was for a Set Menu, so no reason for delay. The serving staff were more interested in serving alcohol than getting the food on to the table. Quality of the food was good.

Many things, decor,ambiance and central location. Comfortable room well equipped. Good restaurant and menu.

The room could benefit from a couple of mobile phone charge plug points. Breakfast had good selection, and interesting location.Music and level at 8.00 was not to our taste!

Location of this Hotel. Friendly staff. Good parking place nearby. Nice terrace on the number one location of Maastricht.

Breakfast room, though it is in a an amazing historic cellar, but it's a little to dark. Breakfast and breakfast staf very good. In bath-room only a bath to shower in, with a curtain. Always a messy event. I should prefer a professional shower cell.

Located centrally and for this aspect based on everyone circumstances there is a price tag attached.Excellent professional staff and in the heart of the city.

Pricing could have been more attractive but it depends on everyone circumstances once you make a booking.

Central position with excellent parking . Great breakfast and generally a well run establishment.

Only one complaint and that is that when a concert is on The Derlon takes in travel groups and doubtless serves them well but at the expense of the offering to individual clients! I.e. restaurant closure times ,people need to eat after 9.30 p.m.

Excellent breakfast. The location is the best because the square of Onze Lieve Vrouw is the best one in the city! Very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms and bathrooms could be modernized a little (if we want to be picky :))

a lovely hotel in the centre of Maastricht convenient for seeing the whole city. also not far away from the Vrytoff to see Andre Rieu concert. Breakfast was served in the basement which had Roman ruins.

being extremely picky… The air conditioning was very loud so did struggle to sleep well.

An absolutely superb hotel in an exceptional location, staff were superb and the Andre Rieu meal was a highlight of a 7 day stay in Holland, attention to detail in the room was best I have encountered.

Our stay was that good I would have to really concentrate to find fault, Thankyou

Excellent location! Great staff - extremely helpful. We had a suite which tourney out to be better than expected. A large balcony!

Fantastic place, great location, great space. Very clean, comfortable and decorated nicely. Balcony and full kitchen.

The place is really quite expensive. A longer stay would become untenable from a price perspective.
