Hotel Bornholm

Breakfast was good, location was easily reached by bike from the ferry terminal. Close to the town, and still next to the woods. Great hotel room with comfortable bed, bath and even a balcony with view of the woods.

The shower cabin consisted of a single glass panel between the shower and the toilet. Somehow the water always manages to get on the wrong size, creating a puddle in front of the toilet.

Comfortable and clean rooms. We had a room on the ground floor, which was in particular convenient for our dog ;-) Breakfast was very complete and friendly staff in both the restaurant as well as at the reception desk

Nothing really. One night the parking lot was full when we arrived, but one should actually not use the car on the island ;-)

Comfortable and very friendly staff. I highly recommend staying at this hotel during your Terschelling visit. The beds are really comfy, views are nice, rooms are spacious and with modern facilities and breakfast is very good!

The check out was too early (10am) and no dinner Chef during the weekend.

My boyfriend and I had a Comfort room for 3 nights: the room was very spacious with a slightly modern design, comfortable bed, clean, cosy terrace facing the front-garden. The hotel has the bus station 2 minutes walk, but you can rent yourself a bike to explore the surroundings. West-Terschelling centre is around 10 minutes bike ride away. The room price had a delicious breakfast buffet included with plenty of choices and fresh fruit. First evening had dinner a la carte, was very tasty. I was really pleased with the services and the personnel of the hotel, very happy people and willing to help and always smiling. I am very happy with my choice of booking 3 nights at Hotel Bornholm and I happily recommend it.

The staff was very kind and the property nicely located. It is just 10 min bike ride from the city centre. The breakfast was excellent and they were very welcoming with our dog.

Nothing very noticeable but our room was closed fo the lift and as such it was not always quiet.

We had a very pleasant stay in the Hotel Bornholm. The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful in any situation. The dining room as well as both the breakfast and à la carte dinner were outstanding. The room was perfectly adequate. The bathtub was a welcome addition after a long day's hike. Overall it made our stay on Terschelling ever more enjoyable.

The room was maybe a little bit too dimly lit.

Well fitted bathroom, but due to the layout of the shower you have to be careful not to flood the bathroom.

Service, facilities, location, kindness of (most) staff.

The fact that the shower was curbless and there was a only a partial glass partition - water everywhere! One staff member seemed a little impatient when I pointed out that there were no vegetarian dishes on the menu. Also, on the website it says that the day menu is €25 whereas we were charged €27,50 - I sent them a (fb) message but no reply.

The breakfast was really good with lots of fruits and variety to choose from. The location was also really nice in a quiet area.

The mattress were worn out.

The comfort room was tidy and chairs/beds are, like the name implies, really comfy. Use of airco if needed. Excellent breakfast, could eat inside or outside. Friendly staff, quick service response.
