Breakfast was really nice. Bed was comfortable and the room was wide and nice.

The heater is making a lot of noise. The standing lamp didn't work. The massage center was a total disappointment, it was barely a massage but more like just random light touches on the skin and felt like a total rip off for that price. I gave this feedback to receptionist directly after the massage (because she asked) and she ignored what I said and didn't even respond. The sauna room is not bad but also not super nice. The water bottle was empty, there were a lot of used glasses around. It didn't feel clean. I also didn't like the fact that they charge the bikes for a whole day price even if you rent them only for a couple of hours.

On a personal note: the stay was for work - late check-in and very early checkout - hardly time to enjoy the suite and hotel; and the weather didn't help either. Obviously nothing to do with the hotel. On a more practical note: the suite has a beautiful jacuzzi - but you have to be very intimate with the person you are sharing the room with, as the bathroom (mind you: separate toilet) opens up to the bedroom. Room with a view one might say. And that also goes when using the shower - which is over the jacuzzi. Getting in and out can be hazardous - you have to be agile.

The breakfast was included in the price of the room and you can choose from a menu as much as you want (sweet, salt, fruit, dairy products...) It is served directly in your bedroom at the time chosen in the form. The room was comfortable, spacious, with a balcony and the bathroom had a bath tube and a shower. My view was to the forest and the main road, but on the other side of the building is the sea. There is a free service for customers to take your luggage to the port before your departure by ferry.

It is 15 minutes walking away from the port where the ferry arrives and departures.

I loved the location, the size of the room & the bed, proper pillows, the seaview, the cleanliness, the extras in the room like body lotion, tissues etc.

There wasn't anything I didn't like maybe the pricing but then you pay for what you get.

Two times during my stay I needed to ask questions and I had to wait a few minutes in line to get attention of someone at the reception. They are rather under-staffed. Carpet is rather old and dirty.

The location and the very nice view of both Waddenzee as well as the marina. A 15 minutes walk to the heart of West Terschelling is pleasant.

Though the quality of the evening meal at the hotel restaurant was excellent, the time it took was way too long, in comparison with restaurants in town. A lack of personnel on account of COVID is not an excuse.

We enjoyed the possibility to book the sauna just for the two of us, at a very reasonable rate

The moquette on the hallway and on the stairs needs is worn and needs to be replaced. This is of course a very minor issue and didn't affect our high level of satisfaction

room very spacious with all the facilities. the staff was very kind. we had a very pleasant stay.

fresh orange juice not available for breakfast. that would be the only thing to point out .

The room was okay, could be decorated a bit nicer. the beds were very good and the staff - at the reception and also in the bar where we had a drink and a byte really friendly, Couln't have been better - authentic and kiind! top - compliment.

We liked the location of the hotel and the restaurant was excellent. It offers fine dining with a great view of the sea. The beds were comfortable and it was clean in the room. We also had good experience with the receptionist Carsten who was helpful, friendly and considerate. We were traveling with a one month baby and it was a comfortable stay.

All was good.
