Berjaya Makati Hotel

the room is clean and I got free upgrade— staff are really friendly and attentive. location wise it’s pretty near to everything.

I just wish they could have improve their menu for food so there will other choices specially for the people like me who stays here for quarantine.

The staffs were reallyyy helpful and friendly, cant thank them enough for all the help! The location is also very strategic near to Halal middle east food, the hotel itself serves Halal food!

The toilet...ergh sorry the toilet is just horrible. The water takes time to subside, the shower has no extension of belt so we had to climb up the bathtub which is NOT child and elderly friendly. Pleasee Berjaya make some overhaul to your old toilets. We completed the stay because of the staffs so Berjaya you better give them raise!

definitely the staff they have been excellent as always every time i stay there. and location is very good as well.

the two things that I personally believe that needs updating is the Lobby Lift it is very hot inside no aircon and old interior and also the room that I was in definitely needs to be updating, the room is very old needs room 1503, new fresh paint, the carpet has a lot of stain and require a replacement. from a interior designer perspective I would love to design it myself in the most affordable way.

The staff, the location all good!

The bathroom is terrible...just terrible. I know its an old building and I hope the management would do reno to the toilets. Water is stagnant not flowing to the drain, shower is too dangerous need to climb the bathtub.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. They even ask me what I want when it comes to room, like 2 beds or 1. Their breakfast is delicious and unli buffet. When I stay in a place, the breakfast they served is what I am looking for. The room is spacious and comfortable, had a space for two like where you can eat and spend some time to talk and enjoy the other side of the room. Every room have a bathtub and it has a hot shower/water also which we really enjoyed.

Aircon is not that cold.

What's not to like about Berjaya, the location was amazing, 2 minutes to p.burgos, 2 minutes the mall. We stayed in the premier rooms and premier studios, these were luxurious with great views 23rd and 24th floor, spacious and comfortable. The staff were absolutely amazing and really took care of us. The manager Den accommodated our requests. Highly recommend staying here.

Nothing, all was perfect

Ok, some renovations are necessary but the stuff clean very very well, they are friendly and always helpful. I was already in a lot of hotels in Makati... but never i was feeling like here .... at home..

Nothing,post COVID good hotel and clean

The room was nice, but not enough pillows. Especially I was staying there for the 7 day quarantine,and if you needed extra it would cost you 100php. The room I had was the Premier Double. I thought since I had that type of room I would at least have 4 pillows I stead of 2. Other than that the people at the front desk was very, very helpful. Including the people working in the restaurant. Food was suberb! I would come and stay a couple days.

the location to surrounding places

no upgrade in 2 years since was there but everything was exactly the same. the safe was non functional and tried calling airlines twice was told by kuya at desk no charge then checked out and the lady said there’s a charge.
