when it comes to the room it is spacious, comfortable and clean.

When we enter we noticed that the security guard was not friendly to us at all, they’re gossiping and laughing. Receptionists are not professional, you can see them dancing, laughing and singing than doing their job very well. We also went to their sonata spa which makes us uncomfortable as we noticed that their masseuse are doing sign languages, laughing and whispering to her colleagues which we made us thought they’re talking about us which is clearly noticeable.

The room is beautiful. Bed and pillows are super comfortable. The rooftop pool is a great place to hang out right next to the bar.

I would give this hotel a better score if it wasn't for the parking. They had rotary parking but only for sedans, so we ended up always struggling to park on the street next to the hotel. We are just very glad that the attendants were always readily available outside to assist us in parking. On another note, they only had rainfall shower. It was a struggle to shower if I didn't want to wash my hair.

The room and the bed were first class. The daily housekeeping was excellent

Just disappointed at check out when I questioned about a 1000 pesos deposit being returned I was politely told that there was no record of the Hotel taking a 1000 pesos deposit on my arrival. But having checked with another guest I know the Hotel did take a 1000 pesos deposit from everyone upon arrival. Have written and asked if they had a record of me paying a deposit and I am still waiting for an answer after 7 days.

The door man Christian was the best and most helpful man of the many motels that I have ever stayed in all my travels he is to good to just be a door man and suggest that he be trained in manager's position in the future do not lose this man

The staff in the restaurant could have been more helpful coz we were sitting there and didn't know what the process was eat and most of the food that should have been hot was cold. It was also disturbing when I was outside the front having a cigarette all the ladies wanted sex for money and wouldn't leave me alone when told even though I told them that I was there with my wife to be and they would get angry with me coz I didn't want their services and then they want money coz they were hungry it's not my problem

I was very impressed with the room I was upgraded to by the incredibly friendly staff and as I write this, can't remember which room I initially booked. At the time they were re/decorating the lobby as I think the hotel is fairly new. I was greeted with a very warm welcome and the staff were helpful. It is located right in the heart of Poblacion so the bars and red light district are just outside. I haven't had issues getting Grab taxis in this area like others have. The only problem is to expect traffic at all times on Makati Avenue (main road which runs through the area). The best part about this hotel was the filtered water from the tap for drinking and the bed was incredibly comfortable. When the curtains are drawn, the room gets very dark too which is great if you want to sleep during the day. Good hotel, I would come back if it was cheaper.

The rates have soared a bit since I first booked a few months ago and I can't justify the current prices. It would be worth it to some, and I think the rooms are great, but just a little too pricey. The cafe doesn't have many options though.

The rooms were clean and the location is easy for viewing Bonifacio Global City and Metro Manila.

Breakfast was ok. Some items were a bit too salty and availability limited closer to 9am onwards. arrive early for more selection. Pool is quite small and children ruin the atmosphere, not really the hotel’s fault though. Would be nice if there was an adult’s only time in the evening

Stayed here when we arrived in the Philippines and we liked it so much we booked it again at the end of our trip. But our room was ready an hour late when we checked in the second time and we didn’t even get an apology, we even had to keep going back in the reception queue to see if the room was ready

Located in the middle of Poblacion in Makati the best thing is there a lot of good restaurants around. From this hotel what stood out was the room: spacious, big comfy bed, big closet and nice bathroom. One of the nicest rooms we have stayed at in Manila. Would definitely come back here.

The staff was polite but could have been more welcoming and the pool area is nice but had more of a party vibe than for relaxing.

The facilities are great, the rooftop bar and pool area is great. The rooms were fine, and the cleaners, waiters, pool staff, doormen were very pleasant and nice towards us. We didn’t buy the room with breakfast included and came to regret that. The breakfast was outstanding the 2-3 times we tried it, and it was varied each day with everything the heart could desire

We would say the room needed some checking up. The two rooms we had(got relocated because we felt it was too noisy in the first room, because the window didn’t close properly) You can’t close or open the window, so seeing that they didn’t shut all the way, you get all the noise from the street. The other room had the same problem, but it was located higher up, so you wouldn’t hear the traffic that clearly. We felt the reception was rather unclear and uninterested in helping us, and it was rather unpleasant communicating with the reception. They are very different from all the other staff which in contrast are very accommodating. But after all of that, we would still come back another time

The hotel is well located with a view on the rooftop. There are a lot of restaurants around the area and a mall. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and always at your service.
