Park Inn by Radisson North Edsa

Park Inn Hotel is adjacent to the mall. You may go down from the seventh floor where the lobby is to the second floor and access the mall. The hotel has an outdoor pool, free breakfast, and parking which is nice to have, in this busy part of the city. You may also check-in online at Park Inn by Radisson hotel if you give an authorization and charge your account. The beds are very comfortable and complimentary water bottles inside the room. The staff makes sure that guests are checked by presenting IDs and accounted for during registration and when they avail the free breakfast. Breakfast time is from 6-10 AM so you can sleep in and have a brunch or grab a bite before heading out early in the morning.

The lobby is by the outdoor pool, elevators, and dining area so you could see guests with towels and robes coming out of the pool side door. The hotel is located in one of the most traffic areas in Manila, which is EDSA Avenue, but having the mall close to it and being accessible to public transportation, it’s a nice place to stay. However, it’s kind of far from the airport.

Extremely convenient location. Attached to an amazing mall, everything was so convenient. Clean environment. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Shower flooded the toilet. There was no separation of the floors levels which could cause this. Solved the problem by asking for extra towels and creating a makeshift dam on the outer shower door area. AC couldn't be controlled, just kept getting cold. We set the temp at 22 degrees, but the room cools down to 17 to 18 degrees. We tried setting at 24, even 26 degrees, but still the AC kept cooling the rm to 18 degrees. Had to just wear socks and sweatshirts to solve the cold.

Great location, the hotel is literally connect to the shopping malls where everything is available including money exchange services and pharmacies. All of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. Staffs were well trained, with great service mind and very professional. The spa was nice for the value. The massage and the service at the spa was exceptional.

the bed is a bit hard and the pillows are too small for me. I stacked 2-3 pillows together to make up the height that I prefer (there were 4 on the bed), and that was okay. There were power off one night and the property gave the guests a notice 2 day beforehand so we could be prepared.

Decent choice if you need to stay in the QC area. It was easy to find, well-marked. Staff were efficient, friendly, and welcoming. Proximity to mall is a plus. There is a dedicated entrance.

We booked a one bedroom suite with a king bed but the bed was smaller than king. Interior design of the room is a bit strange for me. Toilets were separated but had glass walls. You’re basically looking at whoever you are sharing the room with while you do your thing. Cleaning was sloppy. Saucers were not cleaned and towels which we hung were taken and not replaced. We ended up with one towel for a family of four. Slow elevators.

It is very convenient as it is connected with SM North EDSA. The hotel has access to the North Tower and The Block and further on the Main building. There are a lot of food choices and activities like the cinemas and stores. The hotel is new, great facilities. Great staff. The pool is good for kids and families.

The smoking area is close to the pools so children can inhale some of the smoke. The parking is shared with SM North. Perhaps a designated parking especially near the drop off can be allocated to hotel guests. As hotel guests are somewhat already counted before they arrive, some parking slots should be allocated.

Rooms were clean and very nice. This was a high end hotel in the Philippines. You pay for what get, if you wanted a cheap hotel there were some out there but the quality would have matched. This was a really nice hotel that was attached to a large mall in the Phillipines, so there was always something to do and there were many restaurants available in the mall if needed. Also Coffee Starbucks was there in the mall so this was great. The Gym was also great.

Not something that the Hotel could control but the traffic in the Phillipines was bad and then getting to and from the hotel took a bit of time.

Breakfast was excellent. Love the variety of food everyday. Staff is excellent and very courteous even to some rude filipino local customers that think they better than the staff, which I have observed while eating breakfast. Kudos to all the staff maintaining their composure. Overall, the hotel staff from the waiters, housekeeping, bellmen, security guard, maintenance, front desk to management are doing a great job. Thanks for the pleasant experience. Mabuhay at Salamat po!!!

I things I didn't like is sometimes poor wi-fi connection or drop connection, not enough trash can inside the room. Also we can't figure out how to control or operate the room thermostat.

Great location, right at door of North Edsa SM mall. Easy to get around and hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

We booked quite last minute and were told only deluxe rooms were available. I was happy they had availability but straight away there was an issue with the tv and they couldnt fix it on the spot. Someone had to come again next day and fix it as well as my hotel phone. It would’ve been ideal if these things were checked beforehand but staff were very helpful and tried to fix things as quickly as possible.

This place is just outstanding. Excellent customer service is their top priority. Vanessa, office manager made sure that everything is in order. Their housekeeping is great. Laica and Maricor were both hardworking and took care of my room and always spotless. Meek Meek and Dors from the front desk were both very professional and always willing to help. Over all this place is a gem. I will definitely refer this place to all my families and friends. This is my place every time I'm in Quezon City, Philippines.

- Late check out can't be guaranteed even if you are booked for long stays (especially if done from third party apps like here in Booking though I don't understand why they do not treat customers equally whether you did direct booking (late check out is allowed up until 8pm) with them or from their affiliated third party apps) - Limited breakfast buffet choices - Complimentary gifts or cake are not given even if you have already told them PRIOR OR DURING check in that you are celebrating a special occasion during the duration of your stay in the hotel (I did not made a follow up though since they might think I am that too eager to chase/get it)
