The rooms are clean and staff are accommodating.

The receptionist told me that we only have two deluxe room booked but it was 1 deluxe room and 1 family room (that we booked) and he said they were just accepting what was booking.com provided and I told him that we have the proof of transaction made and I showed it to him then that was the time he went to his boss (I guess) to check the booking. I just don't like how he approached the situation that it looks like it's my fault when I have the proof of transaction however the manager handled it politely and told us to wait for couple of minutes since they need to confirm it to the representative here at booking.com. But it went well after they have confirmed that we are correct. Medyo natagalan lang talaga sa pag-aantay ng confirmation. Pero it all in all after that oks na oks sa hotel! :)

Spacious and clean room. Nice and friendly staff. Good location.

Amenities lacking like cup and spoon. They privided kettle but no cup or mug. Toiletries were also not enough like soap. I believed these are basic necessities in a room.

The hotel is clean, secured and very homey. Same as appearing on agoda.

Not so nice front desk except for Ms Faye who treats guests warmly.

I booked a Family Room in this hotel for my parents and I made some suggestions for the admin. Pls. Update the amenities that can be found in the room. Add what else can be found in there for the guests to use like mini fridge and microwave. Also, only 1 airconditioning is running and 1 is broken and room was paid in full amount. I will make a suggestion to the admin., include the washroom door key in every hotel rooms just in case somebody accidentally locked it out. So guests won't need every staff in the hotel to look who got the washroom door keys. Very inconvenient, good thing it was only a 1 night stay.

I've been to lots of hotels and guest houses, and this place is just awful. No shampoo or even a soap in the bathroom, no cleaning at all. Service is zero, breakfast is left to be desired, and it brought only at 2 pm , I waited for 4 hours . bad location , far from the city centre , I went to centre for 2 hours.
