everything was just as it should be

Breakfast had a good choice, receptionist was helpful when we had issues with our door key and very friendly. Value for money, rooms were ok.

We opted to have dinner at the hotel after a long drive, during dinner a constant dropping of pool table ball onto tiles by a child, parents encouraged them,when we talked to the waitress she said the family were the owners, she could do nothing Felt no respect for other dinners, no separate bar to have a drink Won't stay again, mainly down to owners attitude

The breakfast was amazing - a buffet with a few changes every day. The staff were always lovely and told me about the spa facilities, how they worked and even showed me around the spa centre before my appointment. The room was clean, wifi worked great and I overall had an amazing stay.

The Hotel is a good 3-star hotel with a decent location. It's on a top of a hill and it takes 5-10 minutes to reach downtown with Uber/Bolt for 15 slo. The staff was very friendly. Its a very good hotel for the price.

I thought after reading the description that I would be closer to downtown. The reason that it was farther than I thougt is the fact that its located on a hill so you will have to walk a bit. But Uber/Bolt solved it.

Travelled to Gdansk alone found this hotel at the perfect location inbetween the airport and the city. Really big rooms with a nice bathroom, mini bar, huge windows and double bed that was very comfy with a decent breakfast all for a cheap price. Really nice restaurant too with good food and cocktails. Staff spoke good English too which is always a bonus

Not that many things that could have been better, if I was to be picky maybe more things that you have on a full English breakfast (beans hash browns etc) but can’t complain seeing as it’s in Poland 😅

Nice hotel with very spacious room. Quiet area with private parking. Not to far from the center of the town. Personnel is very polite professional and helpful. It's excellent place to have a nice sleep. Even in the morning cleaning service is so quiet (centralized vacuum cleaner system is installed) that you can oversleep your breakfast which is very nice and tasty.

The design and layout of the room was nice. Room had plenty of space and was comfortable for a family with a child.

No milk, no sugar in the room. Also, the inventry card of the fridge wasn't up to date but was sorted positively at the reception desk. Fire alarm went off and no one from the staff notified visitors that it was a false alarm.

Its is really cheap, clean, comfortable and beautiful hotel. The breakfasts are good. Also there are a lot of additional entertainments, like pool, table football and etc. Great and cheap restaurant. Location is okay, 20-30 min from main city. Recommend to visit!

It will be great if you could place 4 separate beds in room for 4 people, when customers ask. Except for this everything is perfect!

Breakfast was very good and offered a nice selection. As a vegetarian I could find plenty of things for myself. They even had oat milk for my coffee. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

The smoke area is outside reception and was directly under my window. In the evening a few of happy guest of the restaurant who were under an influence of alcohol was having a cigarette being quite noisy, so that was quite frustrating. Hopefully the smoke area will be moved away from the entrance in future :)

noisy at midnight at the main entrance, guess smoking and talking loud. I could hear from my room. reception is near entrance, personnel on duty could have mention not to speak so loud. recommend coffee cream be provided in the room. Also, it was noisy in the early morning hours, at the entrance door.
