Hotel Bonum Old Town

A spacious, well-equipped room in a delightful hotel. Our room overlooked the road but that was blocked by works on the ancient building opposite. As a result the room was very quiet and peaceful. It looked as though the building work would be going on for a very long time and the road would only be a backstreet if and when it was reopened. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Close to all the historic sites of this beautiful and sophisticated town.

The bathroom was on the small side but it was not uncomfortable.

We stayed there over the weekend, great location, 10' walking to the city center and a very safe neighbourhood. The room was super clean, they even cleaned on Saturday morning, although we were leaving on Sunday. The room was big and had everything you might need to feel cozy and comfortable. Temperature was adjusted according to your needs, and overall it exceeded our expectations since it was not expensive at all. Definitely would come back and definitely recommend it!

Room was spacious and pretty, with not so great view, but not like they have a choice to a construction happening just right next to them. Bathroom was very nice, though would do some stronger light.

Location and getting there was a bit tricky, but sure, everybody needs adventures while traveling, but people in the area are well communicative and happy to help. Breakfast could get a bit more fruits, and it wasn't down to late time, because I was one of the first at the breakfast, just was very little fruits.

Really nice and clean. close to the town centre. 3 minute walk to the waterfront and all it has to offer. Staff spoke very good English which helped. The rooms were very clean and had all we needed. An iron wasn’t in the room but reception would sort this if needed. The hotel car park isn’t massive but we did get a space. On street parking is very close with meter payment. We didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment. We had a very nice one night stay and I would recommend the hotel.

Very good and quite location. Easy to reach main sights in the old town on foot, but further from the noise in the center of the old town. :) Spacious room, comfortable bed, fridge, hot water pot, free bottled drinking water. :) Good service, helpful staff. :) Great breakfast. Several hot dishes, quite big assortment of other dishes, including deserts. :) Hotel has a small private parking lot. :) Beautiful and impressive Malbork castle is just ~50 km away (worth seeing). :)

Hotel's parking lot is small and the spot for the car can't be reserved. All parking spaces might be taken. All other parking options around are paid parking (free for the night).

Such a great value for money! Booked last moment and it didn't disappoint, the staff is super lovely and helpful, room was spacious, comfortable and clean and it was only a 5 minute walk to all areas of interest. There's a small renovation just outside the hotel but it didn't bring any discomfort.

This was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished, and the facilities were comfortable and working flawlessly. The breakfast was really delicious and with many options, also, different every day. The hotel location is very good – while it is away from the main streets, everything in the center is very easily accessible by foot. The front desk is available 24/7 and the staff in general was very kind and helpful.

The parking space is tiny and if you are lucky enough to get a spot to park, doing so in a cramped lot requires superior skills. While the sound was not leaking through the walls, you can hear footsteps and people talking in a corridor.

Very friendly staff who speak English making it a lot easier for someone who doesn’t speak polish and the hotel felt very safe for a solo female traveller!

Construction going on in the street/road in front of the hotel and the hotel is quite noisy at night (can hear your neighbours) but that’s not something that bothered me too much personally

Relatively close to the canal and the restaurant. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The hotel uses an image of the roof terrace in its marketing, including on Booking. It can be interpreted as something that all guests in the hotel can visit but only belongs to individual hotel rooms. The hotel on the edge of the old town with some relatively run-down houses around part of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a great spot to reach by foot from the train station and to visit the Old Town and all it has to offer. The breakfast was very nice and the coffee great! We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel after check out and got a taxi from there early evening to go to the airport hotel. Not only did Klaudia Banasiak at reception organise the taxi for us, she also arranged for a taxi to collect us the next day at the airport hotel and take us back to the train station (our flight was cancelled to Amsterdam). Can definitely recommend!
