Smart Hotel

It was my second time staying there. The first was in March 2019. Good location near the tram and bus stops, as well as SKM and train station. About 30 min by tram to the Old Town, about 15 min by tram to Park Oliwsky. My bed was so comfortable with fresh and clean bed linen. Full pack of towels, black-out curtains. Also I like the buffet breakfast. Cosy restaurant and standart food: omelete, sausasages, ham, vegetables, cheese, caces, bread, musly and so on. In general it is a good option for staying in a hotel with hotel service for a good price in a good location.

I really forgot that bathroom there is so strange - like inside the cupboard. Very, extremely small sinks. My shower was broken a little so many water flowed around and it is not so economic. A bit noisy from the nearest road. No hayerdryuer in a roon, you need to borrow it at the receprion. It will be better to find 2 tea bags near the kettele in mу room instead of 3 bottles of vine)))

Lovely little hotel with great location, super comfy beds and really good breakfast. The price is really attractive for what you get in return. I have stayed there on numerous occasions and the staff are always super friendly and kind. It’s a budget hotel but it offers everything you need. It’s in a very close proximity to a big shopping centre plus restaurants and cafes and the train station is only about 5-7 min walk. I highly recommend it and I’m sure I will stay there again when visiting Gdansk.

Noise from the road but with the closed window it’s not too bad. And soy milk offered was not nice, not a deal breaker but hopefully this can improve in future :)

The breakfast was very good. They always had scrambled eggs and various sausages or bacon. They offered bread and bread buns, cheese, ham, eggs and more. Breakfast cereal and two types of cakes. Apple and orange drinks, coffee and tea. A very good shopping center (Galeria Baltycka) was a 5-minute walk away and two others about 15-20 minutes away. A taxi to and from the airport cost around PLN 50-60 and took around 20-30 minutes (depending on traffic). The staff at Smart Hotel were very kind and helpful

Listed as a basic 2 star hotel but in my opinion it should be 3 star. Entire hotel was modern and spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was basic but modern, clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremly comfortable Our room was facing the side of the hotel and was quiet, possibly rooms at the front may be a little noisier due to traffic Breakfast was very good with a wide selection of hot and cold food plus fresh bread and fruit

Really nothing. We visit Gdansk 2-3 times a year and this is the place to stay for us

Fantastic location, modern hotel and friendly staff. Bedroom was clean and presentable. I have stayed in the past and I can see they have maintained high quality and comfort. The bathroom requires urgent upgrade due to mould on the walls and ceilings. Not safe to breathe in the mould when you shower. I did not try the breakfast I felt it was too expensive.

Fairly modern hotel. Really great breakfasts (especially for the price!), reasonably (if not squeaky) clean. Very convenient location, and also fairly quiet - is actually located between two military buildings, so no noise coming from those - but you do get a string of cafes and restaurants just a few steps further if you want to go for a dinner (and maybe some noise as well.)

The bed was a little narrow for two adults. Happily, we had a spare one in our "standard +" room, but not everybody gets those.

The hotel was situated very close to all amenities. But most of all it was exceptionally good value for money! Rooms very tidy comfortable and very clean on every aspect. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was very good buffet. Generally i was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service. Would definitely recommend

Smart Hotel is a great budget hotel in Gdansk. It is a bit outside of old town, however it's close to Universities and shopping. Basically, it's a clean, comfortable, safe and inexpensive way to spend a few nights in Gdansk, Breakfast is good. I will stay here again.

The only thing I always want to see in a hotel room is a mini fridge. Otherwise no other negatives to note - all was good.

Brilliant location, Marcin at reception was just the nicest man alive. Lovely room. The only issue was the noise. Traffic is horrendous and it was difficut to sleep with windows shut. I was up most of night cause of noise. Think air con in summer is a must be :( Apart from this...really shocked how great it was for the price. Highly recommended.

Everything was great! Location is great! The hotel is located 10 mins by walk from the train station Gdansk Wrzeszcz, an hour to the city center by walk or 18 mins by tram, and 30 mins to the sea by tram. Staff is nice and friendly. Clean and comfortable rooms and good breakfast.

In the room where we stayed pillows could be better. The rest is great.
